The constant up selling is annoying and today they wanted me pay the extra because the car is “dirty”

I recently had my car washed at this establishment, and I must say I was thoroughly disappointed with the quality of service. Despite the wash, my car was still dirty in several areas. The tires and rims were completely neglected, door frames were left dirty, and there was even sand still present in the boot.

One of the most concerning aspects of this experience was the cleanliness of the interior. The white seats were wiped with the same rag used for tires, which is not only unsanitary but also unacceptable.

Overall, I would not recommend this car wash service due to its poor quality and lack of attention to detail.

They did wipe it when asked but rims were still dirty. Paid $89

Every time I come I get asked 3 times for why I don't want to pay their over priced monthly deal. Never going again.

I arrived to get car washed and the owner was calling his employee stupid and then slapped him. I tried to calm the situation down. The owner and his son then got in my face and called me a dog and the C.word several times then threatened to bash me. They also told me they owned the employee and could do as they wanted with him.
To support this buisness would be to condone the abuse of people less fortunate. Truely awful place

Went for a quick wash today just the $27 thru the wash.as i went to pay the man said $99.i responded with no just the wash not a clean.he said it is for the wash.you have some mud on the car you have to get polish.i said no i don't want polish just the wash.he said nope best i can do is $69. Looking at the other reviews i guessing this place how has scammers working the front.avoid at all cost.

Does not operate during advertised or published hours despite being advised of the hours when buying a monthly package. No customer support despite filling in the online form. No phone number and no one to address any issues.

I used Crystal car wash Rose Bay yesterday. 8-6-2023.
For a in / out wash.
I admit it wash dirty.
Next day I had to wipe interior down.
This is what $350. Will get you at this place….

I very rarely complain but the ‘manager’ on at 11.15am, 29/3/23 was exceptionally rude and unprofessional (to me and his poor staff). I decided to treat myself as my back is currently too painful to wash my car myself but in hindsight, I would’ve saved my precious $79 for a smile and $20 drive thru carwash in Wyoming on the Cennie Coast where they even scrub down your tyres. Not here - terribly bad customer service and total waste of money.

Scratches all over my car from the machine wash. Left swirl marks everywhere. So sad! Would have no paint left after 5 washes. They don't do handwash.

$400 for a "new car clean". What a joke. Just look at the attached photos and you can see that this is the worst car wash experience I have ever had in my life. I have sent them a polite email requesting that the job be completed again properly - that was ignored. I have tried to phone on several occasions and either get no help or no answer. NSW Fair Trading here I come.

Brought my car in for a full detail, they didn’t clean the sides of my door and scratched my display, all the workers were very rude and overcharged me then told me never to come back after I was trying to show them what they missed,

I had a $200 interior and exterior wash and my baby car seat was not installed correctly by the end. Straps were twisted, the seat was wobbling, and foam in the inside of the seat was sticking up.

Your employees lied to my face and said they didn't tamper with the seat, when they did. They attempted to fiddle with straps, clearly not knowing what they where doing. The lying is especially grievous because an unsafe car seat endangers my child. I need to know if it has been touched so I can get it safely reinstalled before I drive my baby around.

The seat was professionally installed in February. At a cost of $60 I got the seat reinstalled that day, and the man inspecting and reinstalling it said it was not installed properly. Why? Because your employees clearly moved it around as they vacuumed my car. The lady who installed my seat last month gave me a certificate saying it is installed to RMS standards.

I am happy to provide you with photo's of the car seat and my receipts for the car wash and 2x car seat installations.

I would either like the initial service at Rose Bay Car Wash refunded, or my car-seat fitting later that day reimbursed to me.

Sub-par work. The skirts of the vehicle not attended to, and the interior did not appear to have been cleaned at all though it was part of the service purchased.

Did the best job on my car, one of the best one in the area and the staff is super friendly. The before and after of one of the seats, worth the money.

Went in for the $20 car wash. Low risk. I have to report the wash was barely satisfactory and when they did the drying ended up smudging the windows. Please use a clean cloth! I had to pull over some ay down the street to polish the windows myself. They have no interest in what they are doing nor concerned about doing a good job. Not worth the money or time.

I always get my cars detailed and get the best job in Sydney, i would recommend these guys for good car wash experience and on top they got dog washes aswell.

Lazy as Fok. Wheels are never washed properly and the drying is just a lazy quick job. They have no pride in what they do. I would suggest they give up the car washing business and do IT or drive a taxi instead.

Hit and miss with the 4min wash. Sometimes the guys at the end will do a good wipe down but sometimes they won’t.

Spent 300 bucks for an interior clean. Have barely wiped down seats and stains I’ll need to remove later. What a joke. Do not use this car wash. The guys are crooks
