This positive reviews are surprising. My experience has been quite poor. Five applications through CR since May. I have heard nothing. I am senior and experienced candidate. Neil and team are improving their ghosting skills.

Neill and the team are good guys, they keep you in the loop on whats going on with any roles you have applied for. They are definitely worth talking to regarding a new role in the web3 space and would definitely work with them again in the future.
