I go to Cryo therapy at Strathefield on a weekly basis. As a trainer ive always got injuries from pad holding and training myself. To me id highly recomend it for people that have injuries or suffer from depression and anxiety. I wish i discovered Cryo sooner so much time and money waisted on Physiotherapy, with the help of Cryo and their friendly staff members within two weeks of treatment I felt better and the pain relief was amazing. No more daily pain killers for muscle tension and back pain. I just need my cryo fix:)
