I have nothing but high praise for the staff and the service they provide, Ally and Vil are so welcoming and helpful, the full body cryo is amazing and the localised cryo on my knee has helped 10 fold. Been going for three months and will continue to go. The place is so clean and staff well presented.

I have been doing cryo therapy for 6 months now and can’t rave enough about it, it’s a weekly routine for me and I love it, helps me keep my energy levels up, has help reduce my fatigue also helped me loose stubborn weight.and also helped reboot my immune system, I don’t get sick no where near what I used to. I had my first experience with cryotherapy treatment here with Vil. From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly welcoming and friendly, and the clinic was clean and modern.

I was very nervous about my treatment but Vil was encouraging and attentive. He reassured me that I was going to be able to do it and that the results would be worth it. His support helped put me at ease and gave me more confidence.

During the treatment, I found that the 3 minutes went by a lot quicker than I thought it would. Vil checked in on me through the speakers to make sure I was okay and to continue to give me encouragement, which I appreciated.

Upon completing the treatment, I felt alert and refreshed. I had come into the clinic with a really sore neck and I noticed an immediate difference after cryo.

Overall, it was a great experience! I’m so glad I tried it and that I had Vil as my consultant who was very knowledgeable and passionate. I highly recommend visiting and giving it a go!

Had the whole-body cryotherapy treatment done here, and wow! What a difference it made. My torn labrum in my shoulder was restricting my movement and causing me lots of pain. After even just 1 session, I was able to have full range of motion again in my arm.

My consultant Will was very knowledgeable when it came to the science of cryo, and was able to answer all of my questions.

Would highly recommend giving it a go for all types of sports injuries.

First time I've been to a cryotherapy. I can say it was worth it. Great experience loved it. Thanks Vil for being an awesome consultant. I defenitley recommended this place to anyone who is willing to try.

I have done 6 sessions of Hbot + cryotherapy, due to my big operation on foot was too hard to healing and I found this way so its like i found a miracle
It's working like a magic, my big wound its almost completely healing just only 6 sessions, it's worth every dollars!
