They take absolutely no Accountability for Anything; Random charges, Nonsensical extra charges, made up fees like
Cleaning/maintenance MADE UP annual fees (What a joke)
That no other gym in Australia has ever charged. Child like/lazy counterarguments to get away with: Dirty facilities, higher rates, sweaty/greasy all over the place equipment. You'll be constantly offloading big plates off the equipment that lazy, too strong to lift big weights but too Crybaby kind of guy to put the dumbbells/plates back on the racks.people with no culture, training in flip-flops, or taking their sweet time on their phone and resting for like 5-10 min.between sets, Hogging over the machines for up to 35minutes or even more adding up an extra 40 minutes to your training. God forbid if you’re in a rush, as your day will be behind. Almost definitely. Forget the staff helping or even implementing some "culture" here. Cheap, very cheap paper and cleaning products very unprofessional Management. At Alexandria they bought more equipment just to make the place to look like a crowed beach in a Summer hot day! HA! Thanks for nothing. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

I have been working out in this gym for over a year now. No doubt it's a good gym with good equipment. But lately they have added more equipment and it's a clutter now. There is no free space to move around.

I was looking around for a new gym and then I remembered.
I was a member at the Alexandria gym for 2 years and before the lockdown, everything was all good.
When the lockdown happened, I tried to freeze my account. No one answered their calls and the gym started ripping money out of my account. I wanted them to reimburse me but they claim it was for the trial session which I never had.
I was robbed from this company. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but if I was robbed or been mistreated. Then I am more inclined to do so. Good price but they only want your money.

After you were assisted by Crunch staff and the matter was looked into by NSW Police who attended the club, Police deemed the matter of no issue and there was a separation order put in place between both parties. We co-operated fully with all parties involved and unfortunately the area the alleged incident took place was not covered by our CCTV cameras, but witnesses were spoken to who reported a different version of events to yours. As there were conflicting versions of events and Police deemed the incident of no issue we are unable to take any further action. Rest assured, at Crunch we’re all about no judgments and any proven cases of harassment, racism or discrimination will be taken seriously and acted upon.

Thank you to the witnesses for their invaluable support in addressing issues related to racism and Nazism. Their keen observations and firsthand accounts are crucial in shedding light on the unfortunate events. It is disheartening to distort the truth through falsehoods.

The showers are beyond feral, boogers and flies on the walls with loads of mould. Great gym floor though with excellent equipment and selection. A few of my colleagues have mentioned the shower issue to reception, but no change in the weeks since it's been mentioned.

Please hire a cleaner for the changing rooms.
The showers are the most disgusting environment to get ready. I have emailed this before but received no feedback.
All the showers have bugs crawling along the wall. The floors thick with slime. There has been a plaster on the floor in one shower for 4 weeks.
The final straw was poo on the toilet seat.

I would love to change gyms but the Richmond facility is amazing so you have potential but please just clean up and have some pride

The staff are incredible! They create such an awesome environment to train in! The gym is huge and has heaps of great equipment!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Dirty gym with rusty bars and frayed pulley ropes. Devices always sweaty and dusty. No supervision and no security during training. No initiative for clients to interact with each other which makes for a totally hostile environment during workouts. Bathrooms always wet and dirty sinks, lacking liquid soap. When I needed information, the receptionist was unable to provide anything and the manager showed total disinterest in the customer.

Nice gym, clean, fully equipped, friendly receptionists, decent parking. Funny they have a “no towel no workout policy” but more than half the people working out don’t have towels. Overall, highly recommended.

I can’t believe the gym open 7: 00 am
but you let people waiting for you to open the gym late more then an hour that unbelievable.we have to work mate that why we come to the gym.some people left because of the staff open the gym late. Not helpful

Huge in size, tons of equipment, really friendly and helpful staff in front desk. No towels or mouthwash or body moisturizer as per Crunch gyms in US though.

I love this gym, super spacious and loads of equipment, sauna and rooftop CrossFit outdoor area!
All the staff members are friendly, especially Alex, the manager is super professional and helpful.
Currently am doing the 360 transformation program. This is perfect designated for people like me, don't like to be 1 on 1 with PT but also get all the benefits from correcting postures and designed program for you only.
Cant wait to see the comparison from before and after photos and to get ready for the summer!

Absolutely disgusting service at this gym the lady at the front desk discriminated me for the way I look.all I wanted to do was work out but because she didn’t think I look like I go to the gym she would not let me and absolutely disgusting that this gYM could treat someone like this

Terrible customer service. Went to use their free gym pass and what a waste of time - didn't even make it past the counter. Called before driving there to confirm I could still use the pass even though I signed up on another day and never used it as I'm interested in joining and want to try it out and was told that would be fine. When I arrived and showed the lady at the counter it was a different story. She has a look, says it's fine, then backtracks and says it needed to be used on the day I got it. I explained I've never been and confirmed before coming that I could still use the pass even though I got it on another day, otherwise I wouldn't have wasted my time driving there in the first place.
The manager then has a look, goes back and forth for several minutes unsure how to handle such a complicated situation? Before saying they only allow 1 pass per customer and mine has expired. No apology for messing me around, no offer to waive a 1 time fee, nothing. Crunch clearly don't want or need new members. Don't bother, plenty of good gyms around with customer service able to access common sense.

From my 2 min experience of rudeness at the front desk in Alexandria I would never join. Walked up to desk, excited about joining. Online it says free gym pass.to try out. I tell them I would like to use free pass to try out and likely join. Young lady says, "that's online sign up". I said ok I have my phone, she says "no, we can't help, it takes 24 hours. " I told her I was looking to join and her reply was "If you want to try today, it's $20. ". No sorry for the confusion, no offer to waive fee, but luckily I left as when I turned she started laughing with the 2 others the counter. Rude, no customer services and I can only assume CRUNCH doesn't need new members. Lots of other great gyms around Alexandria, seek them first!

Good space, lots of equipment, big rooms if you want some open space. I like coming here to train.

Love this gym! The vibe is great and the staff are fantastic! You really feel welcome and there is so much equipment to use!

Great staff, plentty of equipment and classes to meet anyone's workout needs. The other patrons are friendly and helpful as well! Great gym definitely recommend.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. The “regional” manager at this gym has zero ability to conduct himself in a professional manner and wouldn’t even answer simple basic questions, when begin asked about gym policies. I ended up leaving and going to fitness first. No comparison, fitness first has the best customer service and really focus on their clients.

Horrible experience. There’s heaps of equipment yet people are unwilling to share and take too long. Very inconsiderate. Needs a better cruelties.
