Jaxson and the team are always brilliant with my Mini. Their service is great and they’re a close knit team.

Unfortunately, the service I received fell far below my expectations, and I feel compelled to bring these issues to your attention. Here are the specific problems I encountered during my visit:

Communication Breakdown: There was a significant lack of communication throughout the process. I was not kept informed about the status of my vehicle, and when I attempted to inquire, the staff seemed uninformed and unhelpful.

Quality of Work: The quality of the service performed on my vehicle was subpar. I encountered issues that were not present before the service, indicating a lack of attention to detail and thoroughness in your work.

Customer Service: The overall customer service experience was disappointing. The staff appeared disinterested and did not make an effort to address my concerns or provide satisfactory solutions.

Excellent customer service and reasonable price. Came to Jackson and the team to get some work done. They were very accommodating. Amazing work.

They Fixed the roof on our 2005 Astra convertible quickly for a small fee. It was only something minor. We tried for 2 years to get it fixed and nobody, including Holden would even look at it. Since then they have done other repairs on the car. Great value and service.

Best experience in Artarmon area. I recently got serving done for my Jeep Grand Cherokee Diesel. Reviewing after week of service. It was a major service (160K Kms) including both Diff oil change, Transmission oil change, Transfer case oil change, Break fluid oil change. We also used Steel Shield engine oil for the first time. All through the service, they keep informed me on the progress and showed old oils which of course I couldn't if I have had done through Jeep dealer (they don’t let you go to their service bay). And this was the main reason I choose Cruise Automotive because I knew what is being filled in my car and there was no doubt on sub standard service.
So far, I have driven 900 kms and car is driving fine.
I would like to thank Jackson and his team for a very informative servicing and keeping the trust of genuinity. Looking for upcoming service in 6 months and will report how the Steel Shield engine oil performed.

Track prepped the ///MMM beast with Cruise Automotive yesterday swapped the Ferodo DS2500 street pads to Endless MX72+ track pads with some high temp 4.1 brake fluid.

Cruise have been a godsend for my X5! Initially, I went to my regular mechanic for my X5's rear shock problem and I was given a very exp quote to fix it. I decided to get a second opinion after my good friend recommended me to see Jackson at Cruise Automotive.

Jackson is friendly and very transparent about the problem. He explained the problem to me in layman's term and quoted me at a very fair price. Furthermore, I found out that I had been taken for a ride by my regular mechanic (won't be going back there again) while I could have saved thousands of dollars.

Jackson is honest and professional, he is a good mechanic, I had my Alfa Romeo Giulietta time belt and other fittings being replaced by Cruise Automative and strongly recommend them.

My Alfa was having an issue and l knew this company worked on Alfas so l drove straight to the workshop, l was pleased to meet the new owner Jackson who gave me 100% top customer service. Jackson gets straight onto the job, he can be trusted is honest and within 30 hours my car received a new part and was repaired.l am so delighted with his customer service.
