This is what their work looks like a few years on. They did not leave me any spare floorboards and proline no longer makes these. No solution offered-was sent on a wild goose chase to proline floors who (you guessed it) referred me back to Croydon park carpet factory. Only solution is to replace the whole floor apparently (good grief) as each product has its own unique click system. Condescending treatment of women-I will obviously be going elsewhere to replace the floor. Def an expensive mistake on my part-avoid!

Fantastic service and communication. They have been in the business for over 30 years and will work hard to meet your needs and expectations.

Time wasted is worse than money wasted. Confirmed an appointment between 9-10am at my rental with myself and agent present. Told their policy is they call 30min prior to the appointment to ensure we will be there. Wait 1 hr with my agent for their call. 10am comes and had not heard from them, so I call the shop. They said they have already been and left. Would not let me speak, kept telling me "I have been there tell me what you want" I want to be there for the quote to show you. Why would I wait around the area with my agent who has taken his time out to only tell you over the phone? If I am not there how do you know what I want done specifically? No communication to me, wasted our morning. If you can not arrange and communicate an appointment for a quote, can't imagine the how the work will be.

My daughter introduced us to Croydon Park Carpet Factory. Sam came straight away with measurement and quote We are very happy with our new carpet, good communication, the workmanship is perfect (thanks to Michael & John).

Especially thanks to Glen for assistance and patient to explain to me for all of my questions.
We are waiting to install new carpet upstairs once the carpet is available in February.

Saw the team here about getting vinyl flooring in our house. Great service right from the start. Took the time to answer all of our questions, gave helpful suggestions about our job. When it was time to install, job was completed quickly to a very high standard. Would happily use their services again in future
