Ping is AMAZING! I have seen Ping a fair few times now for some acupuncture treatments. She is extremely knowledgeable about acupuncture, the human body and what works best to target an issue. I have gotten some great results with her. Ping is also very kind and warming & makes you feel extremely comfortable. I would recommend her to everyone.

I edited my review to show 5 stars after an issue I had with Health Insurance was dealt with very kindly and professionally by Ping. The remedial massage I had was good. I'm very keen to try acupuncture and would go back. Thank you Ping for being so great about clearing up an issue and offering a solution. Fantastic customer service.

I've never been to anything like this before but I booked in last minute as I had developed what felt like a trapped nerve/ shooting pains in my neck for a few days and it was causing me so much pain I wanted to cry, I couldn't move my neck in certain directions and I was really feeling quite desperate. I knew that going to a GP would not have done much for me. Yang was awesome and within a few minutes of the remedial massage had pin pointed exactly where the issue was (a specific area in my back which was causing pain in my neck) he worked on it for 45 mins - I didn't expect the pain to go away as quickly as it did after this. Within 2 days I could actually move my neck back to normal, had no shooting pains and he gave me advice as to how to prevent it again. These guys really know their stuff. I will definitely be back, thank you so much for helping me in my hour of need!

Ping is really caring and very knowledgeable. She treated me for fatigue and the herbs she supplied really do work. Highly recommended.

I have had many experiences with acupuncturists and this has been my favorite experience overall not only in Australia but throughout the world. The staff here is so knowledgeable and helpful. The level of comfort is high as the practitioners have my well being at the center of their practice. They check on me often. They always remember my personal health goals. I've been seeing Ping for some years now and would recommend her expertise 100%. I'm not into western medicines, so thought I'd try acupuncture in the hope of managing my anxiety. I've found regular treatments to have been beneficial to my anxiety as well as my overall health and well being. I rarely get anxiety or sick for that matter, I’ve never looked back I find Acupuncture and Chinese medicine has helped with many different health issues, without the nasty side effects of some western medicines.
Ping is professional and extremely knowledgeable in the treatment of illness using both acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicines. I travel from the west for my acupuncture sessions and a massage with Yang, I find the massage is beneficial with the acupuncture.
Both Ping and Yang are helpful and friendly and know their stuff, I always leave feeling calm and refreshed.
