Friendly, professional & caring
By far the best dentist I have ever been to. Extremely conscientious, professional and patient oriented. I have been to many dentists and Dr Dan at Crown Dentistry is the first to have picked up on aspects of my gum health which other dentist have overlooked, saving me future problems. Takes time to explain things, ensure you are comfortable at all times and is diligent in treatment. Truly a dentist that is highly experienced, skilled and cares about his patients.
My experience with Dr Ghaly at Crown Dentistry has been fantastic. He takes the time in explaining the treatment and talking you through what he is doing. Modern and welcoming practice with friendly staff who care. TV on the ceiling is a great distraction! Definitely recommend this practice
Daniel and Mel are simply amazing! Getting major dental surgery involving a titanium jaw implant to my top jaw and a 4 in one implant to my bottom jaw I was quite overwhelmed! However the time Daniel and Mel took to explain my treatment, ensured I understood what was happening and throughout the whole process they have shown nothing but care, kindness and professionalism which simply goes above and beyond what a normal dentist does and I can’t recommend them highly enough!
So happy I gave Crown Dentistry a call. I was in a lot of pain and Dan took the time to fix it.

My personal opinion is, This Dentistry is 2nd to non, there professionalism, service, and friendly nature goes a long way especially these days when quality counts I would not hesitate in recommending this firm to anyone & that i can assure you! Even though i hate needles but now this is no problem Peter Teterin Newcastle & the " Silver Fox " is great

I can’t recommend Dr Ghaly, Mel and the team at Crown Dentistry enough. Being a nervous patient Dr Ghaly and his team are so caring and patient that now the thought of going to the Dentist isn’t a worry at all.
The team at Crown Dentistry are personable and professional in every way, giving the best care needed in every circumstance.
