I arrived to have my car cleaned 1.5 hours before close of business. When no one was at the premise, I phoned the number and was told “we left early today” with no concern for a returning customer. Nor was there any signage at the premise to indicate it was open or closed.

The prices advertised on their board are misleading & they always sting you for more - They also refuse to give receipts!

The standard wash is priced at $40 however the charging is related to the type of car you drive and how busy they are. There were no cars waiting but they were cleaning three cars when I visited on a weekday. My car was not dirty, it is bout the size of a Camry but could be considered prestige. I was quoted $65 fora $40 wash! My car is one size up from a snall car so id happily pay a bit more but I believe that Crown have dishonest advertising.
Compared to other carwashes in the district the Google ratings say I should have gone elsewhere and not even gone there in the first place.

I emailed them also so they had time to reply and rectify my problem. $120 and glass inside was still dirty. A few things on back seat had not been moved. They had armouralled a little bit. Doubt if they polished my car. I work 4.5 hrs for that money and when I returned, a person was sitting eating KFC so had plenty of time to do a good job. It was now raining and I said, "a bit cooler for you". The person said, "no business now" and after a saw my car.they won't get any business. Come on guys. Pick up your game. That is big money for bad service.

Would not recommend.
Had my car “ detailed “ today while shopping. Did not fully wash car, plenty of missed spots, boot was not vacuumed, interior has splatter marks everywhere. Really disappointing.
Not worth the $100 I spent

Tried to charge $100 said I wanted a basic wash and vaccum agreed on $60 when I checked my transaction it was $65. Won’t bother with them next time.

Very poor service, normally I go the one right opposite to the bigW one which i never had a issuebefore, but today they had some mechanical issues and sent me to one it next to Dan Murphy, meant to be same company but first time and last one,
I’m not fussy, but this was shocking
Didn’t even clean the top, hood of the car, or the rear bumper,
Wheels didn't even touch them.
$70bux charged me, and I had to finish their job back home.
Defetnly I would not recommend them

They left a chemical on my windows that caused delamination of my window tint, not happy Jan.

I had my car washed there over a year ago and it wasn’t clean so I took it back the next day for them to clean it properly, don’t know how I forgot about this and stupidly went back again

Asked specifically for car to be vacuumed, wasn’t overly concerned about exterior wash as was raining today, I asked them to just give the dash and inside doors a quick wipe over and I would condition those my self, but as stated asked for it to be vacuumed properly, Incredibly poor job, not sure if the vacuum cleaner was even turned on
Will not use this service again!

Told me the could fit me in at 4pm and drove from Chain Valley Bay to Tuggerah and they said "can't fit me in" NOT HAPPY JAN!

Broke my rear camera then tried to superglue it but didn’t tell me didn’t vacuum under seats or do under rear mats and seats not done properly as a Uber driver I always need a neat clean car spent thousands with them won’t be back

Went back on Sunday paid $130 for detail the vacuum job was pretty bad the back and from windows weren’t very clean and side mirror glass filthy

I went back to give them another go but not impressed 20/3/22

Smudges everywhere, no detail cleaning with the console not even being vacuumed, couldn't even see out my back window. Absolutely not worth the money, never going back here again.

Took the car for a wash and interior clean. Never texted or called for a pickup once it was finished being “cleaned”. Car was dirtier after then when we dropped it off, on the way home to re-wash and wipe down. Pretty pathetic customer service when we addressed the terrible service.

Very disappointed to discover they allowed someone NOT working for the company to enter my car "for a look" whilst it was in their care.
