Honestly, it’s been a struggle to keep up with the change in procedures to get to see a GP todays experience has given me faith that the GP wants to treat you and the booking procedure works perfectly. On moving to Sydney from Adelaide in early 2022, I was genuinely concerned about finding a local family care clinic with Doctors that would be as caring, attentive and empathetic that I had grown accustomed to in Adelaide.

I have a number of accident related issues that require more than a clock in and clock out disinterested M. D. Clinic.

With my wife and granddaughter also needing the type of Doctors that were on point to issues surrounding women and children.

The first practice I made an appointment with was like winning the lottery, a one in a million chance to find the team that ticked all the boxes.

Dr Tony Girgis provides a highly skilled, expertly refined understanding on all aspects of human movement & bio mechanical issues, with a highly inquisitive warm and caring approach.

My wife and Granddaughter also found that Dr. Tony Girgis was more than your usual Doctor, providing the type of care one would expect from the Old School, but being from a more contemporary vintage.

Every aspect of the Cronulla Medical Practice from the initial reception, where the smile and necessary introductory greeting makes you feel welcome and important to the team on staff, deliver healthcare for the entire family in a highly professional 21st Century setting and manner.

Yes, I am a fan, because, believe me, finding the right Doctor for Family and other concerns can be a virtual traumatic issue.

Dr Girgis has been my doctor for years now. I find him personable, knows his stuff and when needed will refer me to a specialist. The practice has a welcoming feel and would not hesitate recommending this GP to anyone.

Reception staff were very friendly and professional. The doctor was sympathetic and very helpful.

Dr Ibrahim is always thorough and a compassionate doctor.sees us on time and at short notice when needed

Wasnt told until after I had seen the doctor that I had to pay for my visit, despite having Medicare.

Also felt very judged by the male doctor i saw as I was not comfortable with him pressuring me to use extremely potent steroid creams.

Waited 2 weeks after booking a tele health consultation, gave up and rang and ooops they forgot! Booked another time and waited only to be called to say they lost all my records and needed to come in.

Very unprofessional, much better options out there.

Disappointed would not recommend the Telehealth service with Dr Tony Girgis when i finally saw him i felt like he was mocking me as i was quiet upset waiting for over an hour. I usually leave with 3 repeats for my medication but this time receives no repeats.

Thank you to Dr Khayrat Girgis who took the time to actually listen to this patient and find the root cause of the problem, that kind of care is becoming increasingly rare and I sincerely appreciate it. I would recommend this practice to anybody.

Had an appointment at 11.30am, got in at 12.10pm. Would be nice to know that the scheduled appointment times actually are on time as I had other things important stuff to do.

Amy the receptionist greeted me so kindly. She is so sweet and unlike other practices she sounds like she enjoys her job. She is a beautiful receptionist makes everyone feel welcome.

The receptionist is brilliant, always nice and sweet despite dealing with calls and customers every second. I would give her alone 5 stars! But unfortunately, this is not possible considering my awful experience with doctors.

About a year ago, I came to a female doctor (do not remember her name) and told her what worries me. Even before test results she already made up her mind on my diagnosis even though some things did not add up. She said I had PCOS and just left me with that, saying all I need is contraceptives. I was greatly upset but later on I found I didn't have it. Thanks for my wasted time and stress for nothing!

Recently, I had another visit. I need a notice for absence at work. I came with a fever and severely painful throat (had a COVID test, it was negative). The dr Girgis didn't care, treated me as if I was cursed, wanted to get rid of me badly, didn't listen to me at all. All in all my appointment took less than 2 minutes. No empathy, no care, very rushed. Appalling!
