Crocs Playcentre Rouse Hill

A decent play area for kids to enjoy. Nothing special though. Arrangements and layout is almost identical to other play centres for kids. Parents please pay attention as some of these slides can be little risky too. Can burn or cause injuries to you or the kids. Kitchen appeared to be clean and tidy. Overall okay experience.

Kids had a ball, the centre layout feels small, but has so much for the kids to do keeping them entertained for hours.

Great place to take the kids. Food is amazing. Staff are cheerful. I am worried about the concrete floor and kids falling over. There is also a few blind spots where u cant see the kids if youre sitting down. I would recommend removing the car ride on thing and replace it with something else because it's just a waste of space. No1 goes on it because it's just more money to ride it. If you also forget socks you can buy some at the front desk which are absolutely adorable. They have bathrooms and a parent room.

Julie and Amy's team at Rouse Hill Crocs did a fantastic job for my daughter's Disco theme Birthday Party yesterday. Two party hosts in the Disco party room were very professional and friendly, they kept the kids entertained the whole time. Other play areas in this playcentre are also very clean and bright. All the kids were having so much fun! Thank you!

Ball feeder wasn't working, cars weren't working. Other than that clean premises and great coffee.

Is only one Baby changing table with no sink for was washing hands have to go to otherside to womens toilet to wash hands after.
There is lockable door so had to wait ages outside to change my sons nappy as a lady was lady breastfeeding. Nothing against breastfeeding as I do myself but maybe curtains across the seats would be a suggestion like in malls so mothers can use the baby change mat while mothers feed.

This is our favourite play centre in the area so far with a range of play areas and adults enter free!

Nice place but they canteen closed so early, unless you brought food or have a pacakage, you could be left with no options.

So much fun in one place. Lots of rooms for birthday parties. Lots of area to play and lovely Cafe

Equipment is great and looks clean but lose 3 points for cafe set up. Leaving the ice cream freezer so accessible to the kids and so easy to slide open distracts them from playing and results in non stop tantrums so parents cannot sit and enjoy coffee while child plays because they keep running to ice cream freezer and crying when told no. They need to put that ice cream freezer at the back of the counter or do what lollipops playland does and make the sliding glass impossible to slide without an adult. Super frustrating!

I had my son’s birthday party there last month, from the beginning when I started doing research to the end of the party, the owner helped me thru every single details. She helped planning the party, told me where to get party decorations if I wanted to do it myself and got her staffs to help heaps on the day. It was a great center for kids to play and always have good services. My son and his friends all had a lot of fun! I recommend Crocs Rouse Hill.

Great play centre for kids. My kids absolutely enjoyed it as they went to their friends birthday party awhile ago. Tiana was a great and one of the nicest host, great service and definitely recommend going.

Very well managed kids playground, good place to rest for mums~ My child loves this place so much! A good place to invite my daughter’s friends for a party!

I visited here twice in 3 days, perfect for a 1.5 years old boy. He is so enjoying and I am happy too. Food is not bad and staff are nice.

My grand daughter had her birthday there today. I cannot fault anything. It was very clean and the staff were great. The party was so much fun for the kids and the staff worked very hard to make this happen.

Here service not bad but some customers were low level! Their kids ride bikes, block the road and run away. Even their parents saw this happen but just ignore the inconvenience for other kids. What’s more, they move back the bike to blocking the road again! Really ridiculous rude adults！

The place was so good and fun for the kids. Our kids were so happy.
The air condenser was so bad.
It cost $15 per child.
It had a cafe and food inside, I order a latte and it was not hot and was like water without the coffee.

What a great place to visit with kids. You can enjoy your coffee / breakfast while the kids have fun. Our 2 year old loved being at the Crocs Rouse Hill and there were many things to keep him engaged. Pretty good toddler area for under 4 years with 3 slides, trampoline, swing, quirky tunnels, etc, Best part was our toddler was able to try out all the slides, climb ups, bouncy castle etc for bigger kids as well and he loved it and kept going back. Paid car rides are really good too especially because the cars are big enough and parents can ride with their kids. Car rides are not included in the ticket price but it was worth it. Bike trail is great with plenty of bikes but it felt a bit unsafe for kids to be riding bikes where other kids are running around even without their shoes on. Highly likely to cause accidents of kids on bikes running over kids running around in the trail. It would be much better to build kerb like boundaries for the bike trail to make it safe. Polite staff, great location with plenty of car parking available. Expect to spend atleast a good 4-5 hours as the kids want to keep playing. Good workaround for parents too going up and down for the slides.

My kid loves this place. However, the concrete floor is extremely slippery and the red bikes are a real hazard. My daughter slipped twice on the polished concrete and I saw dozens of other kids slip and fall too. Part of the problem is if you forget socks they sell you these non-grippy socks that are made for slipping. Also even if you bring your own socks they dont help much unless they are super grippy.

For this reason, i decided not to host her bday there even though she loves it because I was worried other kids would slip.

I still take her there sometimes, but I have bought a pair of really grippy socks (the kind you use as semi shoes) and still I hold her hand.

I would strongly recommend they get rid of those stupid red bikes because I have seen so many collisions and trips.

Wonderful hygienic play Center with an excellent, kind & professional staffs. Food at cafeteria was yummy
