Edit: Second visit didn't have the same feeling. Serviced my car and damaged interior trim during removal. Send emails with pic on numerous occasions but they now seem to be ignoring me. So I guess they are just the same as most. Really don't care.

Have purchased my car brand new from cricks tweed a year ago. Discovered quickly afterwards that I was sold a pack of lies regarding their extended manufacturers warranty and have since spent the last 6 months trying to cancel it. To be honest they told many lies about every aspect of the sale. Everytime you call cricks tweed they will say someone will call you back but that never happens. The manager Kyle is always on some kind of leave and we were actually told once that he no longer works there only to be told today that he is actually on paternity leave, so which one is it? Who knows. I would recommend you buy your new car elsewhere these guys are a joke. They have once again promised me this will be taken care of and have not got back to me. I will be taking this matter directly to the office of fair trading.

Worst experience ever. I took my car here to get fixed and told them what the problems were. My engine was getting hot and the car was missing. Upon returning to pick up my car nothing was fixed and they simply wrote on a piece of paper: engine getting hot and car is missing. They charged me $150 to tell me the exact same thing I had told them. I didn't receive any quotes on how much it would be to fix and was sent on my way.
If you are looking for a mechanic that actually fixes cars do not go here.
