Quaint, privately run hotel, was quiet when I stayed 2 nights, handy location but parking can be a pain. Make sure to follow NSW parking laws.which I wasn't aware of.

I would give this place more stars if I could. We arrived a bit late, but they were more than accommodating with checking us in and ensuring we were all settled. It's a beautiful neighborhood and there's an incredible view of the city just a walk down. The staff were so warm and welcoming. We were gifted with 2 bottles of champagne upon check in! I'll definitely book again and recommend to anyone who wants to stay out of the city. Commute into the city is VERY easy. Ferry is just a walk down and very quick to get into the city. Loved this place and again, thank you staff for treating us with the best and friendliest service!

We love staying here, it is a touch of old world charm minutes from the city and the best of Mosman.

A very sweet hotel with great location: quiet but at the same time in 10-minute ferry drive from the city centre. All the facilities in the room were great and the service perfect as well. Oh, and that balcony view!

Enjoyed this accommodation. Easy to get to from city, with a wonderful ferry ride. Breakfast simple but tasty! Nice communal areas. Would visit again.

Very clean. 2 minutes walk to views of darling Harbour. Great customer service. Sound travels through the building pretty easily. If you're staying, hope there's no noisy guests.

Wish I could give them 10 stars. GF suggested it and I begrudgingly obliged. Disappointed it was outside the city and a long cab ride from airport I ask why she picked this place. After we checked in and walked the block down the San Francisco style hilly street to the corner I saw why.the street opened up to the harbor and a clear view of the opera house! The room was simple yet elegant and the breakfast has alot of choices with a kitchen attendant who loves her job and assisted with the preparation of your perfect meal. When I think of a blissful trip this b and b takes point. Thank you Cremorne for being so hospitable and thank you Lorna for booking it!

Staff are abusive and not respectful of privacy. Tried to stop me receiving the breakfast which was included. Someone left a personal lubricant bottle in my room and they made fun of me when I took it to reception and complained. Lots of noise all night from footsteps stomping and walking up and down the stairs. House-keepers were harassing. Too many knocks on the door. Couldn't get any sleep. Strange alarm clock in my room seemed to set the alarm off for whole building when I unplugged it (which they asked me not to do). They actually told me I had to leave the alarm set to around 8: 30 to wake me up for breakfast but did not expect what ensued when I pulled it out.

We booked this place for the NY eve celebrations and was relieved we did so because what we got was a lovely safe neighbourhood stroll down to the point nearby and plenty of lovely grass to picnic on. The panoramic view of the city n harbour bridge across the waters is magnificent, breathtaking although not close up view of famous buildings like what u will get from the proximal end of the bay. Nevertheless the panorama n waters n boats is one unique feel.

The manor itself is beautiful upon arrival. The interiors are warm n cosy.
Our room was very very small one the ground floor. Quiet n bed comfortable. Had a bottle of champagne to greet the guest on the house. I don't recall being overly excited by any price discount. Breakfast at a small to medium sized dining room was fairly basic. Staff was very friendly. There is an elevator in the building but be careful on the front porch steps.

I think it's The Penthouse top floor that is the ultimate grand experience but prepare to fork out the greens for it.

Would love to come here regularly.
