Crema Coffee Garage

I purchased my ECM machine from the Crema coffee team 8 years ago, and it hasn’t missed a beat! I guesstimate I’ve made over 5000 cups in that time! I recently went on holidays and put it in for its first service. It was completed before I even got back from holidays and I’m happy to say the cost was really fair and very reasonable. I have purchased grinders and plenty of other accessories from them and couldn’t speak more highly about them. Thanks team Crema.

I ordered a replacement tank for my Jura machine from Crema Coffee Garage. I thought I was ordering the right part but my mistake, the part was wrong. The crew at CCG were extremely accommodating with returning and re-ordering the correct part. That part had to be shipped from Europe so it took some time to arrive unfortunately but CCG kept me updated every week on the progress.

Despite the wrong part being ordered was my fault, CGG took total ownership of getting the right part to me. 10/10 for customer service.

Simply bought some beans, but the options were very well explained. It's a bit of a Tardis too, well worth a good browse inside.

The store was always pretty good nice people but recent visit yeah felt really awkward and uncomfortable reason I won’t say because not important. The one star is because I purchased a coffee, even drove their past other places and it was by far the worst coffee I’ve ever been presented, watery, lacking coffee flavour but it was big on bitter burnt flavours which is a complete contrast to what I have received before. I should have gone to McDonalds I know it would have been awful before driving in. Sorry to be harsh but I always enjoyed coffee there and now I won’t be back for anything. I guess the guys at the counter can have a rude snipe about that one. What the heck happened? Honesty the worst coffee I’ve ever had in australia, was on probably worse than the states but that’s a big call

Our team spent the day with Janine doing a Barista Course and we would highly recommend Crema Coffee Garage to anyone that is thinking about doing a Barista Course.

The place looks the part. Coffee was too weak and too hot. Not a serious coffee place. From a serious coffee drinker.

Rapid and professional repair, friendly customer service plus they cleaned my six-years-old machine to shiny perfection. Fabulous showroom too, with top quality machines at better prices than you’ll find in Sydney.

The coffee is amazing couldn't recommend these guys any more. Especially Luke who has gone above and beyond and thanks heaps guys! Can't wait to try the rest of your range!

I can not speak highly enough of the team from the coffee garage. We took our aging / well loved machine (Jura E8) in for a service and were provided with a maximum cost and estimated time to fix the machine.

The staff were extremely polite and helpful.

The cost came in well below the quoted cost and we had our machine back on time.

The machine is like new and ready to process another tonne of coffee beans.

Insane iced coffee with real cream and unbelievable vanilla ice cream that is insanely creamy! The Eggs Benedict was fresh and delicately presented the rich eggs and crispy bacon on a pillow of a focaccia just wow experience!

Also the Blat was fresh bacon on point and the mayonnaise dressing was fresh and zingy what a sensual late lunch! Would totally recommend the food, the staff are so welcoming and friendly it was a friendly inviting experience. This is a must, At the Hunter Valley Gardens experience! 5 ‘s

Ridiculously good coffee!
So good that on my third visit I ended up buying some coffee beans to try and replicate the same quality when the shop wasn’t open. On purchasing the beans the nice young man behind the counter even offered to grind them for me.

Friendly staff, great range and great prices! I love the fact that they are happy to grind the beans for me

Overall a pleasing experience!
First time coming in this morning. Speed was very quick, which is an incredibly underrated element in coffee service. Something I am willing to go out of my way for.
The coffees were lovely.
I first had an espresso: I believe the El Sal natural (?), followed by the Huila Colombia pour-over, that were both very sweet, round and with an excellent mouth feel.
I would have liked some more pronounced acidity in the roast (if I was being particular) for both the filter and espresso, but I understand that's not necessarily to everyone's palette.
Friendly staff too! Direct and confident.
If I had one comment to make, it would be that as I was new / a little uncertain of where things were located, how things were laid out/what the protocol was regarding ordering my drinks, there were a few assumptions of knowledge being made one barista servicing me which lead to a few almost combative answers that I wasn't entirely impressed by.
However it was marginal and the overall experience was great! I'll be back for more.

This place is heaven for coffee enthusiasts. Gleaming chrome machines line the wall along with high quality accessories to brew coffee at home. They sell a large range of house blends with extensive tasting notes on display. The staff are very attentive and knowledgeable. Can't wait to go back.

Ordered coffee beans yesterday, delivered today. Such a great aroma when we opened up the box, first cup was amazing. Thanks guys, great product and fast service.

I purchased a Rhino grinder from these guys last year, I had a small issue with it. They promptly replied and sorted out a replacement part

Such a rad store for the coffee geek! Staff are lovely and very helpful.

Visited here to get an Aeropress, manual coffee mill and a frother. Always been a fan of Hario gear and they have plenty of this brand in stock. Just got home and made my first coffee with this set-up.sooooooo good!

Found the place easy to access, easy parking.
