Creative Property Agents

We have been renting with Creative Property Agents for over 2 years, didn't have any major issues. They answered all of our requests, but were better at responding if you can catch them with a phone call than emailing.

Don't believe the fake 5-star reviews.these guys were terrible to deal with.

I purchased an off-the-plan apartment through them years ago and despite being given choices of colour schemes for tiles/carpets and aircon etc which I had signed for, the specs given to the builder were completely wrong. After raising this several times, I got no response from Creative Property Agents and discovered that many other owners who purchased their property through Creative Property Agents had also experienced the same thing.

The most disappointing part was when I learned that Creative Property Agents had been dismissed by the developer due to 'too many issues with them'.

If even property developers have bad experiences with them, surely that is reason enough to stay away from these clowns.

Do not trust them.
One of the agents (Tanya) entered my apartment without notifying me (during inspections as I was leaving the property). It was lucky I was actually at home and caught her coming into my apartment. No explanation as to why she was there without my consent. She didn't even knock. This was an unbelievable violation of tenant rights.

Also had to deal with flooding over the weekend that I had notified them and the plumber of when it was just a small leak in a light fixture. The leak got progressively worse. The plumber said there's nothing they can do, the strata needs to fix it and they have contacted them. Called the agency again on Friday and Saturday because no one else had come and the carpet was getting soaked with more areas of the ceiling leaking. They informed me that they tried to get in contact with the strata but no reply and I just have to hold out until Monday. The place became uninhabitable and their office was not open on Sunday. Had to miss work on Monday to sort it out because of their incompetence and they had the gall to tell me that I should have told them about this earlier.

The agents are horrible and difficult to get a hold of by phone or email (particularly Beatrix).

I will never rent an apartment from them again.

Never come across an agent so disinterested in selling as Tony. Would take days to respond to texts, didn’t return phone calls. After making an offer there was zero response. Ended up selling the property for less than what he could have secured due to laziness.

The shonkiest real estate agents in the world. 0 stars. I rented a house from them for two years. First it took them more than 3 months to draw up a lease after I had moved in and they blamed us for it. I have been at them fortnightly for 18 months about various repairs and nothing was done. The electricity cut out several times when appliances were turned on and we were then without hot water and fridges were off. They would send the owner’s nephew to “look at” it but nothing was every properly fixed. Mostly they did not even respond to my emails. Our property manager left the company and no one responded to any of our contact for 4 months.

Our new property manager got upset when he was accused of being shonky and assured us that he was different. This was a lie.

Now after moving out getting the bond back has been a joke. I was told they lodged the form right after the inspection. This was a lie. The agent said there was a problem with my account details. This was a lie. Then I lodged the form myself but Bond Board told me the signature did not match the one they have. The agent told me he would contact the Bond Board. This was a lie. I have asked them repeatedly via email and phone to contact me and the Bond Board and they do not answer. The receptionist refuses to put me through to anyone else and our property manager is apparently never in the office. It has been more than 6 weeks.

I have heard a lot of stories of terrible real estate agents but these guys take the cake. Steer clear.

The best real estate experience I’ve had. A very different approach to a lot of other agencies around Sydney - they were considerate, helpful and responsive, and the agents themselves were really nice.

Definitely the best suburban agency in Ashfield! They are extremely reliable when managing with my property and I will definitely continue to put my trust in their arms. They also have excellent service in their office with friendly and efficient staff, and last but not least, their adorable dog!

Great job team, in selling my house in Haberfield! I didn't imagine it would sell for so much at auction. You guys did a fantastic job raising its profile in a well saught after area and earning me top dollar. I would recommend Creative Property Agents to everyone.

As a holder of a couple of investment properties, I've been using Creative Property Agents for over three years now to manage my units, and in that time I've had no issues with these guys that i can think of. Pretty-much from day one, they've been great at providing me low-risk tenants and keeping my units maintained and repaired whenever the circumstance is called for.
Appreciate the work you guys put in keeping both me and my tenants satisfied.

This is the worst real estate agency that I have experienced, especially the director. I was interested in a property, I made an offer and she told me that she would meet me outside. So I have waited for 45-50 minutes so she could make phone calls to other potential buyers. After a while, I have decided to call her to see if she was coming out or to have an update of what was happening since I have been waiting long enough. She then just told me that there was a higher offer and asked me if I wanted to offer more. I was so surprised by how it was being handled that I did not want to pursue.
On another occasion I was attending an auction, I could see her walking back and forth between the 2 bidders to push the price up and when the hammer was going to hit the third time, she actually stopped him and paused the auction so that she could speak to one of the bidder.that was just an absolute joke.
Stay away from Creative Property if you do not want deal with attitude, arrogance and disappointment

Used to be a good agency but those days are gone. Person who used to manage my property has left and the new staff member is horrible. Do not recommend.

Best real estate agent ever. Alway keep me informed whenever my tennents need looking after. Great company. Great attitude. I would never consider using another agent. Thumbs up for Creative Property Agents!

Since taking over management, Creative Property Agents have revealed the incompetence of my previous agents, and proven their own long running expertise in their daily business and most important to me, customer service, especially in dealing with sensitive situations.

They have been confident, reassuring and so, communicative - no emails go unanswered, and they're always available through all forms of social media if need be.
