We got a limited run of clothing done recently and it came out perfect. Quick turn around, great price point too for small business.

Great quality polo shirts, easy to use creation tools.
Need high res images so use a free upscaler if source icon or pic is low res. Having upscaling option in the software would be an enhancement to the platform. Fast production and delivery

Ordered 4 custom printed shirts, Quick easy online service, AS colour tee came out in prestine condition. Order took 10 days in total (ordered on long weekend whoops)

I went to a reunion with my parents old mates with my Dad. My mum passed 16 years ago and I wanted to represent her at this reunion. I found an old photo with my mum wearing one of their tops with their name on it and I replicated it and put the name and photo on a t-shirt I designed through your website. I received it and I was absolutely delighted as it looked exactly the way I designed it and the t-shirt is great quality. Everybody raved about it and my mum. I definitely recommend and will use again in the future

Currently going through a broken foot with multiple complications since the 3rd of March, had a misprinted garment. Reached out via email - as all they could offer was an Australia Post label (all good the garments not professional enough to wear, but I can't get to a post office, this was explained in the email) I received a reply from Tracy she was more interested in her sticker email date (precisely when i have gone back to hospital 3 times) then my situation or the poor garment quality.

I personally wouldn't recommend Create Apparel for quality work or back up service when they make an error.

If I could drive it would have been fine, but I picked Create Apparel as they advertise as an online store unfortunately they have zero sympathy for people with a no ability to drive.

Very happy with my purchase. They were able to make a small change to my design upon my request and the shirt and polo came out perfect! Highly recommend and will be back for another order soon

Ordered some hoodies with my business logo on them. They are fantastic value and nice and warm. All ready for winter! They look great and I am very happy with them. Will definitely order more in the future.

In my professional opinion you shouldn’t resort to lying on your social media platform. Hence, for people reading this I’ll clarify things up.

After a week of requesting for a quote, you guys sent me an email saying “can you please send the artwork and quality of polos required for us to provide you with a quote (14th Feb) ”. On the same day, I replied back with the artwork and exact quantity. And it’s now 28th Feb and I haven’t heard back from you guys ever since.

Regarding the professional side of things, as I was away overseas and couldn’t contact you guys over the phone, I asked a family member to contact you guys on my behalf. The first thing you guys respond to him is “oh are you Tony from *this company*? ” Then proceeds so say “yeah we’ll call you back soon” then hangs up. And guess what, unsurprisingly you guys never called back.

But obviously by how you are replying to this review, you guys are not professional at all. Rather than being defensive about the truth, please try apologising next time.

I ordered several custom printed shirts a while ago, and I was very impressed with the quality and customer service. I look forward to continue working with this company in the near future.

I found Create Apparel with a rush order for 8 individual designs - and they were amazing. Nothing impossible to achieve and delivered with four days to spare. Re- ordering has been a dream, so easy. Highly recommend.

I've been using create apparel for a few months now and couldn't be happier with this service, their quality, price and turn around time. They are always extremely helpful with any request I have.

We have been a loyal customer of Create Apparel for a year now and we are always very impressed by the quality and customer service. We will not be going anywhere else!

Order six shirts which cost $60 each received them in really good time, quality is good but the disappointing thing is the colour as I order mocha colour and ending up receiving a Khaki coloured shirt. Message the company with my issue and got a simple reply saying “ The colours of the tshirt mock up on a computer screen can vary from computer to computer and look a shade lighter or darker.
The tshirt you received in your order is Mocha”.
Now the colours are not even in the ball park of the same.
Just really disappointing

The team at Create Apparel are amazing company also the quality is so good i'm happy everytime i get my shirts and other products i order with my own designs back from this awesome company thanks again Mark and the Create Apparel Team
