Dropped my car off for a Delux Car wash and was very disappointed. Not only did it take almost 3 hours, the wash was superficial with many areas not even attempted to be cleaned. Windows left with print marks all over. Though the delux clean includes all windows was told a $50 price would have cleaned them. Proprietor was very dismissive and showed no interest in rectifying the situation. Total wast of money

I am really impressed by Crazy car wash and it's my first time with them. I used to go to Crystal car was in North Parramatta and was never satisfied with their customer service as well as the quality of wash. Hiren from Crazy car wash is a magician, he really is! I got few scratches in the front panel of my white Merc (thanks to Parramatta Westfield car park) and I bought anti scratch cream from Supercheap auto and was also dreading to take my car to Mercedes showroom to get it repainted which would have costed me nearly $3K (You can actually see the before and after images of the scratches of my car). However, after I did my car wash today, before picking my keys, I asked Hiren if he could suggest me some tips for getting rid of the scratches. He politely took an extra effort to use a magic spray and microfibre cloth to remove the scratches.and it's absolutely gone. Above all, Hiren didn't charge me a single penny extra! Thank you Hiren, people like you are blessings to this world.

These guys did the most amazing job on my car. My car was covered in green and black grot from parking it under a tree for 10 months and my car is actually white again! I also had a huge streak of yellow paint that happened during a car accident and they have removed it. I cannot tell you how happy I am to be able to see out my back window again! These guys were such a pleasure, I will definitely be going to them again.

Did a lousy job cleaning my car. Paid $180 for exterior wash and interior steamed clean. And these are the results—Water mineral spots on windshield and windows, bird sht marks still visible, scratches everywhere from using dirty cloths, seats are soaking wet which I don’t think it will get dry very soon and puddle of water on driver side!

Other than that, staff were nice and polite. Just mediocre service.

Been here 2x times now and been very impressed with the look of my car after the wash and interior clean. Not to mention the price is very reasonable which is why I am happy to go a little further away from home. Especially when the service is impressive each time.

Ive been taking my car there for appx. 3 years. I have never had an issue there, always make my car look super clean and not once has something been missed. I have young kids who complete mess my interior up and they clean it so well and get into every tight spot and clean well. And one thing i love is they clean all cupholders so well, other place i need to ask them to redo upon collection. I have gone to other car washes when i am desperate and immediately regret it as something always goes wrong. Nowadays i hold off until i can get to North Rocks shops. I love that they give you a realistic timeframe and text you when the vehicle is ready. Saves me guessing.

So happy with the polish on the car. The hubcaps were rejuvenated too. Thoroughly recommend this if your car is quite dirty after all this rain,

My car's battery went flat just after my mini detail vacuuming was complete. While we waited for NRMA, the guys were polite, accommodating especially as I was blocking one entrance to the wash bay. Thankfully it wan't to busy, but I feel that they would have acted exactly the same way. You guys have my recommendations and business from here on in. Thank you so so much

I don't usually use carpark car washes as they are usually terrible due to insufficient lighting but was desperate for a car wash today. What a mistake! Charged $70 as my wagon is considered a 4wd there and the job was terrible. I dropped my car in a 9.04am and it was ready at exactly 9.34am, I thought to myself how can you possibly do a good job in 30 minutes? You can't! The "wash" outside was nonexistent and the internal was vacuumed and that's about it. I paid for the crazy wash which he stated the whole interior gets wiped including door jams, doors and nope not done, my normal car wash that's all included in a basic wash. I expressed my concerns and was told that I didn't pay for a detailed wash! WHAT? $70 and not a detailed wash? And when I said that's not right, he waved me off! Rude and lazy.
