Hayden has done 3 jobs for me limewashing cypress pine floorboards in different parts of our house. The first two jobs I was very happy with him however it is with his third job for me that I have been disappointed. Firstly he has become very busy and popular and is trying to juggle too much at once. I am disappointed he could not match limewash next to each other 3 months apart (of which he did both). I had to chase him to come back and fix marks where the final sanding had gone too low and left some small brown patches showing. Eventually he came back and touched these up but did not have the correct product with him to fix drip marks which he did not tidy up when doing the original job. He promised to come back and attend to the drip marks when in my area but I have been chasing him for months to no avail - he has stopped returning my calls and messages. Yes for the price he does a great job and yes he is friendly hard working and accommodating but he is not finishing the job properly and has left me disappointed
