Craft Custom Homes

We contracted Keiran to renovate our ensuite. Everything started off well and the promised 3 week timeframe seemed achievable. Once the initial demo was complete it all went down hill. We are at the end of week 8, plagued with numerous issues and now after a building inspection we have multiple defects including waterproofing membrane that is compromised. We have not received any contact from Keiran for 2 weeks now. The most stressful and costly experience to end up with an unusable bathroom that needs to be redone.

We were looking for a local builder to discuss our needs when we found Craft Custom Homes on Facebook and decided to meet with Keiran. We had a major renovation to undertake, 2 bathrooms and a laundry to completely redo, install 5 Velux skylights, and install 3 brand new larger windows in 3 different rooms, as well and moving walls and creating walls. From the very first meeting we got a great feeling. Keiran listened to every design idea we had and brought them to fruition. His team of trades were professional, punctual and nothing was ever a problem. We had trades here everyday of the renovation so we really felt like things were progressing to meet the 6 week timeframe we were quoted. Our home has been transformed from dark and lifeless to full of natural light and beautiful finishing's in our bathrooms and laundry. We would highly recommend Keiran and Craft Custom Homes to anyone.
