We have just recently had our building facade painted by the team from CPR.
The building was built in 1969 and is 8 stories in height - the abseiling worked perfectly for the job.
Over 30 years I have been involved in many major projects and the guys from CPR were delightful to work with. The team was led by Vicente and nothing was a problem - the guys were always there to help.
The response from other residents in the building is the same - everyone thought all the guys on the job were very friendly, punctual, polite and super obliging.
The communications throughout the job was always open with weekly site meetings.
We have had positive comments from many of our neighbours about the fantastic result and I would not hesitate to recommend CPR.

Our experience with Facade upgrade specialists was excellent. The attention to detail wonderful.
The entire performance was faultless. The team worked diligently with care and precision as they quietly abseiled down our building. It was a long job over two buildings but it was noteworthy that Abdul and his team worked long hours here. There were no raised voices and than goodness no loud radios. For fifteen months, partly due to Covid, our building seemed to be under siege. Scaffolding had been required by the noisy team who needed to remove then our combustible cladding.
Having your Facade team was sheer delight after what had previously been a rude and noisy ordeal.

CPR repainted the large apartment complex in which I live. They were very communicative, helpful, and clear about what to expect. The building looks great!

3 buildings, one 19 floors high was expertly painted in record time, despite some windy and wet weather, by the politest and nicest painters that arrived on my balcony one afternoon. They were efficient, neat and tidy and amazingly unobtrusive! Amazing work!

The painters were professional and were always courteous and friendly. Mark and his colleagues did a great job. Our building now looks brand new and we love it.

The team at CPR Facade Upgrade Specialists did a great job on our complex of buildings. It was a tricky job on three buildings, the tallest 20 levels. However, the team were very professional, quiet when setting up and packing up each day, and just got on with the job. Many weeks later, the finished job looks fantastic. Wow - they have just repainted all 4 of the buildings in our apartment complex - the tallest being 20 storeys. I can only say that the place now looks like brand new again. CPR did a great job - very unintrusive (as much as they could be) and our apartments have increased - I'm sure - in value because of the wonderful professional job that they have just completed

The guys were great. On time and excellent to deal with even though I personally did not arrange their job. (done via a third party) The finish to the whole building looks amazing. Definitely would recommend.

The project was completed on time, below budget and the completed job was first class. I have worked in the commercial property market for more than 30 years and cannot recall a company that has provided a total service as efficiently as CPR.

All the staff did an amazing job especially at keeping all the tenants happy. CPR/Fus is way ahead of any other painting companies.

Thank you for the warranty and I would like to congratulate CPR on a successful project. Though we had a couple of tenant related issues, overall, the client is happy with the outcome.

We have used CPR Facade Upgrade Specialists for many years. During this time Mark and his crew have always been very professional, obliging and friendly. Their work is of a high grade and always carried out in a timely manner. We are a block of 27 units over 7 floors with a garage area, wrap around balconies and flat roof area. This covers quite a large working area. I would highly recommend CPR to people wishing to upgrade their homes.
