32I didn’t get the name of the young girl on the front desk but, when my husband was having trouble with his machine we went there. The girl was so kind and helpful she showed us what the problem was and how to use it properly. I couldn’t speak highly enough about her. Sorry I didn’t get her name

CPAP Mascot service is excellent and their prices are competitive. The service is second to none, and I would definitely recommend the shop to anyone who is looking for or currently has a CPAP.
I had an issue with my auto adjusting machine and they not only took care of the problem without any fuss, they also lent me a temporary machine while it was being repaired. I’m happy to recommend the shop as they provide advice I trust and ongoing support I depend on.
The staff have been very helpful and always willing to answer any questions. I would recommend the staff at Mascot.

It was my first visit to the Mascot store & Irene was most pleasant, patient & informative in providing me with advice & assistance on mask fitting, assembly & maintenance & on product purchase.
I was also very grateful that Irene guided my registration to effect replacement of my faulty CPAP machine under a global recall by Phillips. Previously I had been incorrectly advised by another sleep apnoea equipment supplier that my particular machine model was not subject to recall.

I too can't speak highly enough of the service Lissa (and Irene) have provided me on all matters CPAP-related over the last couple of years.
Recently Irene helped we 'service' my old ResMed AirSense 10 machine and we discussed the possibility of my purchasing an ResMed AirMini N30 Travel Starter Kit. Lissa gave me a very good deal yesterday and after one night's sleep, I love it!

Three very bad experiences at this place, being yelled at just for being in the shop, still traumatized
I have been looking for a new machine for a while now and luckily I came across CPAP direct at mascot. Lisa was so knowledgeable and such a lovely person that I chose to buy from them even though I could it a little cheaper elsewhere. The back up and ease of contacting them is great and no charges is a big plus also.
I received my machine the day after I ordered it. Such good service.
