From the day I rang and inquired about a home sleep apnea test, to trying out a cpap machine and then actually buying a machine, was made so easy by the staff at Penrith Cpap Direct.

Ashleigh and Britney especially were kind, caring and did so much to help with all that was needed in obtaining a Cpap Machine

This is the place to go for you CPAP needs, I was served by Connor who was very knowledgeable on all the products he showed me, and with his friendly disposition he made me feel at ease. He was able to advise me on what was the best equipment for my needs.
I had researched prices online prior to my visit and found the prices at CPAP Direct were the best. Highly recommend.

What a excellent experience, the lady was very friendly, downloaded the information from my CPAP machine in a very short time and produced the document with the results in no time at all. Very professional. I would highly recommend CPAP Direct.

So many good reviews on here but my experience was awful. We must have come on a bad day, customer service was non existent. Being a Saturday we thought it best to make an appointment, but were told we could not be seen for at least 30mins or more, it seems there were alot of walk ins so what's the point of making an appointment. The guy working there just told us they were open until 2pm if we wanted to come back later. Went straight to ResMed in Westfield and honestly they were so helpful and could not be happier with the service we received. Should have just gone there in the first place!

Called to confirm I could come in. When I arrived only to be told I had to wait at least an hour to be served. Was going to buy a new machine, definitely not from here. Thanks for wasting my time.

Got a great deal on my Cpap AirMini, Ashleigh was extremely helpful with setting it all up and explaining everything to me. Recommend the store highly.

Attended to get my first machine. The staff there; Connor and another lady in training (apologies, didn’t get her name) we’re extremely helpful. Took me through the different options and answered my 101 questions. Both were lovely to deal with and I will certainly be back again.
