Horrendously rude reception staff. When I told them I had no alternate care for my young child and had to take them to my pregnancy viability scan, the receptionist simply shrugged and told me I could try elsewhere. I’ve never encountered anything like it in all my life/other 4 pregnancies. Not an ounce of compassion or care. This is coming from a nurse - work in a different field then!
