My experience with Cowley Electrical Services from start to finish was fantastic. From the time I initially requested a quote through to completing the job they were reliable, professional, polite and tidy. Awesome job thanks guys.

Communication was really good, even let me know when they were running a little late. Polite, helpful, explained everything and itemised invoice was very welcome.

On 1st contact after hours, the costs were clearly explained. It was very easy to make an appointment and the tradesman was punctual, courteous and did a great job. The fault was not easy to find, but find it he did. The invoice was accompanied by a comprehensive description of the fault. Great service. Highly recommended.

Jack organised a replacement for my water heater after I had some problems with rampant electricity usage. He initially resolved the immediate problem just before Christmas, provided a competitive replacement quote and replaced the unit to my schedule in early February. The plumber that Jack used, Jake, was fantastic as was Jack's sparkie. Doing business with Crowley Electrical is really easy, they show up on time, charge a fair price, and do exactly what they say they are going to do, when they say they are going to do it. You can't ask for more.

Fantastic service from the team at Cowley - Bryce and Callam sorted out a series of jobs I needed doing, from replacing halogen downlights with LEDs, replacing a Tastic light and installing some new power points. Clean and tidy, consultative along the way as well. Will definitely use them again in future if needed.

Callan did a great job for us hard-wiring in a motorised awning and fitting an automatic wind retraction sensor for us. Turned up when booked, and did a thoughtful and tidy job for us.

Jack sent Callan around to sort out my electrical issue. Callan was professional and had it rectified in a timely manner. I asked him about a couple of other jobs I had been thinking about and to my surprise said no problem, gave me a quote and did them on the spot. Great service and would definitely use Cowley Electrical again.
