Having dealt with many commercial real estates over the past 20 years, I must say that it has always been a harrowing experience and I used to always feel agitated and stressed having to deal with them.

However, it has always been such a pleasant experience with Peter Albee from Coutts Penrith. He has always been there to answer any questions or issues I've had and always returns my calls and follows up any requests. I really appreciate the service he and the team provide and for the first time in over 20 years and actually feel comfortable calling them.

Thank you, Peter, and the team, for making it easy to deal with you and for always attending to our needs.

Absolutely avoid. Had been with them as a tenant for a few years.
I was dealing with a an agent name Chris.with Chinese background, I am an Asian too and am very familar with them.

Evasive - if something came up that she couldn't answer, just keep silent in tons of phone calls, sms, or emails.

Unethical - when there is a change in the ownership, she know the new owner wanted to kick us out, but she told the other units, not us.

Unprofessional - I feel like she never ever read the leasing contract, nor does she understand the law or government regulations.

Use of high pressure tactic - this was used to force us to move out, but is strictly prohibitted by the fair trading.

Personally threatening to lock us out - I mean she "literarily" got angry and threaten to lock us out of the warehouse.

I feel like she is acting like a barking dog for the owner, instead of stand-alone agent in the middle. A lot of other misbehaviours, all recorded in the emails.

Surprisingly, the head of the office, Peter sided with her.

In the end, we used the lease contract and the NSW government regulation to defeat her. She will never take it seriously if you do not treat her very badly. Well, being the Australian way, or being polite to her is not going to work.

I was considering file a complaint to the NSW Fair Trading.

I was so lucky that I found a new warehouse quickly and do not have to deal with them any longer.

It is a terrible experience, and I feel sorry for many other customers who may be treated the same way.

Rude customer service - Tanya is completely rude. She didn’t want to help during the phone call. Her attitude is disgusting

Horrendous attitude from the staff at Pullman and Williams. Aggressive and rude is a standard. Judith in particular is horrible to deal with.
Their dealings at first can be polite but once you are locked into a contract their service plummets and the aggressive behaviour begins.
Our company now avoids dealing with this group and have asked vendors to use other agents or we won’t proceed with deals.
So many better agents in Penrith who you can deal with - our advice use them!

Awful, the times where i am forced to be in contact with a women 'Judy' who works here has been awful. She is rude and inconsiderate and speaks down to people. I dread every time I have to call.
