My company has been managed for a few years by this firm. Communication has never been great but since I asked them over 12 months ago to prepare the closure of my company, communication is just gone. They failed to communicate with the ATO on a number of occasions and just don't hold their promises to get back to me.
I would not recommend them and you can find more serious folks elsewhere.

Been through a few accountants in Port Macquarie in the past years but since I have been with these guys I have had great results. Can't recommend them enough.
