Getting a spot is the difficult part so get in the waiting list as soon as you can. The educators are lovely, caring and accommodating towards your little ones.

Swim lessons are mostly 30 minutes long. Above all they have gone digital now so you can find all informations online including the options to make payments and opt for makeup classes.

My kid has been learning swimming for 2 years now at this center and we love it.

They have light refreshments on location for yourself to buy. You also have an Indian restaurant next door and a decent coffee shop.

Fuel station is also 5 mins drive from here and the fuel price is usually lower than other places in vicinity.

Absolute terrible service. All trainers are not trained enough for young kids. They didn’t care about the child. App is always down and want us to pay fee from app if pay cash $10 extra.

This is the best swim school in the hillshire. Very good teachers, best communication, courtesy and flexibility with make up lessons.keep up the quality!

This morning these guys charged me $10 to pay my outstanding balance. Only because I wanted to pay in cash and not using their app.
The reason I don't want to use the app because it's not safe as it requires you to enter you child's personal info which I am not comfortable with.

Coulter Annangrove is the best swimming school we've ever been to and I would highly recommend them.

A big shout out for coulter swimming Annangrove! They are so patient with kids and assess them regularly. Staff is so helpful and supportive, as my kids were sick we missed our lessons the staff helped us and arranged for makeup lessons for ALL the classes missed, would highly recommend them.

We absolutely love Coulter. We came from a Swim School in the surrounding suburbs that wasn’t great for so many reasons. So we definitely left there and entered a new swim school naturally guarded.

Coulter, from the second we stepped foot into their facilities we have been happy! Lovely staff, customer service and the teachers are just incredible with the kids. The program is quality and you can see it in the children.

I’ve been with Coulter for almost a year now I believe and even when I’m out chatting to other Mums they mention how well their children are doing in carnivals and just in general as a result.

What matters most is how much my child loves swimming now that we are at Coulter.

Very rude admin staff. They just can’t answer simple questions in a polite way which kids can answer too.
Staff should get trained to talk professionally and answer to the point instead of giving rude and inappropriate answers (specially main person sitting in the cabin).

Amazingly ran family owned business. All the instructors ensure the best for your child and know everyone on a first named basis. Most definitely recommend to first time parents and all locals

I had enrolled both my daughters (8 and 3.5 yrs old) about three months back. Best decision I ever made. Both my daughters had no prior experience but I can see significant progress. My younger one overcame her fear of water in a matter of three weeks and enjoys going to the pool now while my elder one has already passed two levels starting at the lowermost level. The instructors are very patient and helpful in answering questions and the admin staff are patient and courteous too. Highly recommend!

Good 20 m pool. They are building a 25m pool. It will be a fantastic addition to the original pool. New parking has enough space. There is gym available also. Never been there but it looks good from outside.

Not very good experience with the kind of space you have and the amenities that are provided. Also very hard to get a make up class in case u miss one. You literally have no option if you miss a make up class, you are stranded completely. Also strange part is no communication shared regarding invoices regarding the fees you pay through or outstanding fees. You ought to call each time.

Lessons are good but bad admin. You have to explain multiple times for make up lessons that they fail to record (just as mentioned by another recent reviewer).

No clear visibility of what we are being charged for no invoice no account management. Better swim schools have portals that let you manage your booking, absences, makeups, payment options, and more importantly transparency on what we are being charged!

It's ok to learn the swimming, the teachers are good, but if you miss the lesson, you save the makeup lessons, but the makeup lessons are dissappeared without clear explanation.

We have been part of Coulter for the last 2 years for our children’s swimming lessons and it’s been an amazing experience, especially during COVID times.
Amazing staff, incredible customer service and wonderful instructors! I wish I could write everyone’s name here; our favourites are Grace, Asma, Adelina and Josh. Love to be part of Coulter swimming centre Annangrove and highly recommend it to everyone! Thank you guys you all are amazing!

Friendly staff and coaches. Always greeted with a smile and are happy to have a chat. Well structured lessons and not crowded. Excellent procedures during the COVID pandemic also.
Coaches will take in any doubt you have about your child's ability and work with you to overcome their little fears.
The lessons are fair and children will only graduate to next level once the assessor is 100% satisfied with the individuals progress.
100% would recommend to anyone thinking about the move to coulter swimming Annangrove

Great place for kids to learn swimming.my daughter loves it so much here and has come a long way.the staff are really helpful and talented.
