1Had the rudest interaction with one of the staff here. I was shopping for a birthday gift and asked a simple question regarding pricing as it said “now $10” but was labeled $15. I asked the women at the counter and she completely ignored me as she looked at me and walked away from me. I followed her and continued to ask her and received no response until I shouted excuse me. She said she didn’t know and seemed as if she couldn’t care any less and then walked away. When I returned to the counter to pay she was a completely different person. She acted so nice and tried to sign me up for a rewards program, I said no because I know the only reason she did is because another staff member was present. It was probably her manager as she seemed as she hadn’t been working there long. I asked for her name as I will be contacting the customer complaint line due to the treatment I received. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. The woman’s name was Emily.
