4 I am going to review this for customer service in MacArthur Square, NSW.
I went to return a shorts as it was too big in size.
The guy at the counter was unwelcoming, rude and impatient. He acted like I was there for begging!
I just asked him last 4 digits of my card that I paid for this. This I can get refund to the right card.
He became annoyed for this normal question!
This guy required training that how to behave customers EVENLY.
Hopefully this review will help M Square team to develop their customer service
Just purchased two singlets that weren’t on display. The kiwi shop assistant (forgot her name) was extremely helpful and kept digging through a bunch of clothes until she found my sizes. She’s a gun.
Always appreciate good effort.
Would not shop here again. Of one the workers was constantly watching my sister and I throughout the whole shop which made the whole shopping experience very uncomfortable and made it out to be as if we were stealing. We also used a basket to put all the clothing in and after a while we decided to get food and come back to pay so we asked the worker to mind the basket for us, halfway through leaving the store the lady demanded that I show her the earrings that I “took” and giving us dirty looks, I then showed her that they were in the basket. After we ate lunch we came back and asked for the basket with clothes she then put her hand on her hip and looked annoyed, she told us that she put all the clothes back as SHE assumed we were not coming back. There is a lot more detail to the story but this summarises it. Very much upsetting seeing the worker only targeting us and trying to make it out as if we stole, in front of all the other customers and workers. Horrible experience do better
Staff are always so friendly and helpful and shop is always so clean and organised
