'Tien' who is one of staff at there.
He was so rude to me.
He was working at the exit area.
Two staff members were in there, but 'Tien' he standing in the middle, and other staff can check the items, and that will delay the exit line.
I was standing with two items on my hand it was a little bit heavy.
I wanted to leave and show him the recipe, but he didn't check for me, and he pushed me and blocked me without any explaining.

It takes over 15 minutes to get your prepaid food order. They take your money and make you wait. To get a refund, it takes 30 minutes.

4.5 for the warehouse - cheaper goods than anywhere else
3.5 for food court - slow service but food is worth the price and wait.

Always good to look for the bargains before buying, you can end up spending $300 to $500 easily if you don't note the prices lol I get 60 eggs for $17.99 and 4 x 12pks tp for $33, is a good bargain if you have a big family. Also great if you looking to get snacks for kids lunches. 12 giant muffins for $10.49, darn good.

There are many types of products, and they are mostly packed in super-large packages. The family consumption is a bit too big, but the quality is very good, and the ingredients are very fresh, so there are many people who buy them. Great store and everyone is friendly; the only downside is the way they run customer service and entry could be more organised. There's one very overwhelmed person checking people in and it's more frustrating than it needs to be.

Such a great wholesales shop and the tyre service is so disgusing, the man with tatoo is so rude, he said my tyre could not be fixed and need to be replaced, such a small srcew hole and other shop help me to do the best service, what he was talking and behaving is so rude, so bad, cosco is very famous for its service, but this is the first time for my tyre service, i can not believe it is so bad, the uneducated people working in the tyre service, could u please learn to to talk how to communocate with people, u need more training.

Great place for deals for certain things.
Do some research about the bigger, expensive things like electrical before you walk in - sometimes it's not that great of a deal.

Very busy over the weekend so always be on the lookout for those who aren't watching where they're going. Your ankles/Achilles will cop a few hits.

If you're conscious of the covid restrictions such as distancing, using the elevators and etc, throw that thought out the window because other people don't care and no one seems to be monitoring that properly.

Food from the take out is nice and fresh, though sometimes could take ages even though there's a large team working behind the glass.

A girl named Zenith is very rude and disrespectful. She aggressively asked me to get out of the store when I was trying to speak to her manager to resolve an issue where she was at fault. What kind of customer service is that? I have never experienced this kind of behavior before. It's really disappointing that Costco employs an uneducated person like this. And as a long time member, I expect to be treated better. I cancelled the membership and won't ever again visit this store.

Centrally located it gets very busy and it is hard to find a parking and also to park. The place isn't spacious when compared to the other Costcos in the city. Overall an okay experience if not great. I only go there if I can't go to the other Costcos. No fuel station is a setback too.

Good selection but can get crowded at times. Sometimes there are no trolleys so need to go down and get one.

Disappointed to find out there wasn't a petrol station @ Auburn.
Didn't find the major things I wanted e.g. Frozen Vanilla Cream puffs, individually packed butter portions.
The aisles are not labelled for tracking items.

If you go to Leadcom Costco, beware of a cashier named Nancy.
She is very rude and is ruining Costco's image.
I shop between $800 and more than $1000 per week for my business.
Occasionally, we started to have a problem by paying two or three of my own personal items separately.
Cashier Nancy gets very angry at paying separately for 2 or 3 items and instructs and educates customers and She instructs the customer to move the goods Because it tells you to count things
this is only her.
The other cashiers are not like that and everyone is friendly.
I quarreled with her several times over this, and in the end she got mad at me by telling me not to come to her checkout.
I talked to the manager about this but But the next time I shopped, I found out that I was fighting another customer and there was no change and The customer was very angry and was talking to another manager and I went to the customer and the manager and told them to be careful she is very unfriendly.
But today I see that she continues to work and is still angry, directing customers
I asked the customer center for help, but they only send me an e-mail and there is no e-mail address on the website.
I will send an email to the CEO by any means if I see the same thing next week.
The managers also don't seem to be working properly.

Membership is a very small price. As a wholesale supermarket I have to say that this is one of the best, and probably is the best. If you want to buy products for a small price, Costco Wholesale is your go-to.
