A big thumbs up to Paul and the team at Tweed mower centre. I had my Husqvana Ride on mower serviced last week and had it back in a few days. Not only was the turnaround quick the price was very reasonable too. Good one boys, highly recommend this local business

I had ongoing issues with my 315x automower that, after 4+ months, the Husqvarna area expert was struggling to fix. Paul and the team from Cossy's stepped in, liased directly with Husqvarna and with the aid of Julian got "Sheila" back mowing in under 2 weeks. I could not be happier with their service, communication and professionalism. My local automower centre were unreliable, always too busy and just didn't seem that interested in helping! Cossy's was recommended to me by a friend and I'll be getting them to look after all my mowing needs from now on. I can highly recommend them.

My first ever review!

I couldn’t recommend going to this store. The owner told me the first time I met him that he only bought the store to get a visa when moving from England and that he had “plenty of
Money” and it shows in his arrogant method and of management.

I had recently moved to the area and wanted to support local business.

After explaining to him the size of my lawns and other needs he went on to sell me something completely insufficient to my needs, stating that if it’s not good just bring it back and he’ll sort me out…which turned out to be a complete lie. He clearly had never listened to me.

I was hand-balled between staff when trying to rectify my situation. One guy on the counter and told me when I asked for his boss that “he was out back but didn’t want to speak to me”.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had.

Jamie and the team at Tweed Mower Centre were really patient with helping us buy a new ride on mower. Gave us clear options at different price points without pushing us to spend more. Even came to our house to check our existing mower for a trade-in price. The fast free delivery and willingness to help is why we went with TMC and Husqvarna over other options in the Tweed/Murwillumbah area. Cheers!

Had my mower serviced approximately 6 months ago and it worked fine until a week ago when I went to mow and it wouldn’t start. The guys at Tweed Mower Centre got it looked and and fixed and today when I went to mow my lawn it started and ran better than it’s ever run before.

I was able to obtain the hard to find Blades for a 20 year old Greenfield push mower, all the other shops, although very helpful, had to order them in. The price was very good to, the large hardware store was charging $25.00 for 2 blades. Cossy’s supplied 4 blades with bolts for $32.00 with great friendly service. Well done considering the competition.close by. Buy Local.

I’ve bought all my mowers chainsaws and brush cutters here and the service is great. The other day they got me out of a jam (literally - the brake on the chainsaw was stuck) and they fixed it on the spot. Definitely recommend these guys

I brought in my 2 Husqvarna 435x automowers to these guys both in a non working state caused by a combination of a bit of neglect by me and also some botched repairs by a different mower centre. Peter got them both working perfectly again and they’re now happily mowing away after all this rain. It was a relief to find Cossys as I’m quite attached to these little machines (they have names) and you want to know they’re in good hands when something goes wrong! Peter was thorough and patient and I felt like he really knew what he was doing with these machines - they’re complicated things and require a certain skill set to repair that I have found out some other Husqvarna mower centres do not possess.
I highly recommend these guys especially if you have a Husqvarna automower.

Friendly and welcoming shop.
Anytime i have picked up products for my husband from Cossys the guys and lovely lady are always very friendly & welcoming.
I leave with a smile on my face because there is always a joke & laugh shared

Very disappointing, i purchased a new zero turn off the showroom floor with a weeks notice to pick the unit up, they were due to do the pre delivery & add the mulching kit.
One week later I rang as requested on the Friday for two days notice & i rang at 9am on day of collection to confirm it was ready before driving 1.5hr to the store.
Upon arriving to find the unit wasn't ready, pre start hadn't been completed to any standard, the seat was faulty, the deck was out of level, not a drop of petrol in the tank, motor required extra oil to be at a safe level, tow hitch wasn't complete nor installed, mulch kit wasn't installed properly all whilst the poor young fella was out the back in the workshop doing the best he could though being abused by the senior manager at the counter yelling at him for all to hear was absolutely disgusting.
After taking delivery of the unit i have had to take it to another dealership to get the controls adjusted and the deck leveled properly at my own expense.
At the time i collected the mower after waiting nearly 3 hours for it to be "ready" i asked for compensation such as the FREE Husqvarna esky and Hat that should have come with my package and was told they "had none in stock"

Have lost my business & would not recommend them to anyone.

The staff at Cosy are fantastic Peter is extremely knowledgeable, the mechanics that work on the equipment are not only qualified but are very competent and know their stuff. They are not out to upswell or make a quick buck just good old fashioned service on quality products. Will deffinently return to the best mower shop around!

Pete and his team are awesome!
Peter really knows his products and always gives great advice.
Anything I have purchase has been top quality at a more than fair price and the after sale support is second to none.
I wouldn't go anyway else for my yard and gardening needs.

NEVER EVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN, DISGRACEFUL, my machine was just coming up to the end of the 1 year warranty period, i dropped it off to be repaired and picked in a box completely stripped down in pieces, this is how i was treated 6 months after buying a $5000 ride on mower from him,

(i later found out that particular machine he sold me had a known carby flooding issue and is an easy fix NOT A TEARDOWN)

They are So helpful and Extremely knowledgeable. Peter makes you feel comfortable asking any type of question, especially from a woman’s point of view.
Knowing they are always there for after care service is very comforting to know.
