So it seems like that the customer improvement surveys you bombard people with through your emails is just a formality because I can see that you don't use it to improve your internal processes. I came to this conclusion after analysing your pathetic customer service and inaccurate delivery timeframe. Do us all a favour and don't send those stupid surveys regarding process improvement.

Dont purchase from this company, their custom support is very very poor, I have returned an item on 12th Jan 2022, until now, I still have not received my refunds back, and when trying to contact with their custom support team, not respondence. All they do is saying that they have pass to their account team, someone will contact me, Which has never happened.

Delivery was incorrect and have had to get back to them 3 times to correct - still nothing. At 1 stage was told they'd mark it as 'super urgent', yet nothing.

COS have a wide range of goods and there on line shop is equal to the best I have seen. Highly recommend this supplier.

COS has a quick turn around for delivery and is easy to get updates when there are delays to deliveries (direct from supplier etc). Plenty of choice and an easy to navigate website.

Extremely happy with the continued service we receive from Cos. We order all our stationary supplies nationally from Cos and it has been a convenient and stress free relationship. If there ever is a slight hiccup, our amazing account manager Brendan who is an invaluable asset to their company, is all over it and goes above and beyond to rectify any issues. Good quality. Great range of products that most stationery retail stores don't have.
Customer service is great and always delivering on time. When there is a delay on products (which very rare to happen), they notify us on the delay and when we can expect the shipment.

Why did you take an unauthorised payment from.my account 4 days after I have paid for my item? I'm sitting on the phone listening to some message on a loop waiting and waiting to have my phone call answered. I am about to ring consumer affairs.

I’m an experienced truck driver with more than 6 years of Heavy Rigid Truck driving in Australia and 20 years out of Australia. When I saw the rude behavior of Graham (manager) I decided not to work with him and left the job on first day. Truck drivers have tens of offers, but self respect is the top priority. I’m driving in a great atmosphere now. It’s not a good place to work as a driver

Customer service is appalling. They are so unhelpful and no one there seems to like their job let alone help customers. Oh forget it if you want your orders by a certain date, you can place an order a month before and although on their website it says the next day, it doesn't happen. You call customer service and no one there seems to know what is going on let alone come up with a solution to help. It is always " someone will call you back later". Absolute useless - go elsewhere for your business.

Wouldn't go anywhere else - product range, price & service is second to none! I run a medical practice and our needs are met each and every time.

Products always received the next day. The products we receive are always good quality. Have tried other stationery shops but the quality of the paper is much better and whiter at COS.

Excellent service as well as fast delivery. Never a long wait to receive items and updates on delayed deliveries and/or backorders are always emailed so we are aware of it. Would highly recommend.

I had to order am item I could only find online in US but a quick email to COS and they found just what I was looking for and I got it delivered next day. Not only are they great in helping you find and order all of your office needs their delivery drivers are so efficient, on once occasion they have anticipated my error with a paper order and packed what I needed just in case - Brilliant service:)

We regularly buy our office supplies and stationary from COS.
They quite often have specials too.
However, sometimes essentials such as milk and toilet paper are not readily available for next day delivery.
But other than that, we're very happy with their service and will continue to order from here.

I have been ordering my office supplies through COS for months now and they have always been reliable and efficient. With a great range of products as well! If something is unavailable they are also quick to apologise and keep me updated with where the item is and how long it will take to ship - and they also send some lovely free gifts when I order a certain amount so that's a wonderful surprise:)
