Corner Country Store / Tibooburra Food & Fuel reviews
21 Friendly people who made the most incredible bacon and egg roll and BLT for our breakfast yesterday. The coffee and vanilla slice was pretty good too (yes, I did share it).
Fuel is about 30c cheaper than up the road too. Wish I’d known that earlier
Cheap fuel however we were very disappointed with the abrupt & rude manner of the one female staff member. Pulled in to fuel up on the left side and told that we shouldn’t have been there. No room on the other bowsers as a car parked there even up until we left the premises. Left a sour taste in our mouth as first time visitors to Tibooburra.
Not bad. It's a servo in middle of nowhere. Nothing startling and abrupt server. Will try next shop next time.
Cheap fuel friendly staff, however name tags would be appreciated so we can address staff by name
Service with a smile and a laugh. We were hungry and at the time we weren't able to get food elsewhere in Tibooburra. So here we got some pies warmed up for us from the freezer. We sat and ate and enjoyed the coolness inside compared to outside.
You cannot compare it to anything as it is the only place for miles.
Great experience thank you.
A very good store in town has most of what you want, a yarn and some grub can't ask for more
Food and service were excellent, can highly recommend a vanilla milkshake and steak santa with the works!

There isn't a lot of choice in a small town but this place has all you'd need for a good feed, and great, helpful staff.
Relaxed and real. Opens early, good food, coffee, friendly service. Meals cooked while you wait. Worth waiting for.
On my arrival into town after a rain storm that dumped 120mm of rain in 20 minutes as I travelled down from the Wompah Gate.
(The Day that Tony Abbott got drenched in NSW outback while visiting the Drought affected zones.)
The operator/owner was shocked that I was able to get through on those roads after a downpour like that. Just my "Rallye " driving skills I think.
4 hours and 38lts of diesel just from Wompah gate. OMG!
Sorry about all of the mud I left on your driveway.
Your smile given to me made me feel like I was at last safe.
10/5 stars for service and friendliness. There ULP 95 available. Maps info. Good coffee. A must visit in Tibooburra. If are lost or need anything go here.
Great place for a great breakfast and friendly people that serve you also make a point of going to this location.
Miles from nowhere and still gives the best service. Food and coffee was fabulous. Service was 10 out of 10.
Lovely place to drop into on your adventure great place to stay and the pub food was really great. Easy to chat to locals at the pub.
Would highly recommend this place my second time there.
Great little place, stopped for breakfast and ordered the Bacon & Eggs. Good old country servings and service.
Freshly cooked breakfast and the best coffee in the outback - what a great way to start the day. Tibboburra is like the last outpost in outback NSW, unique landscape with a National Park next door, and if you are like me you need a good coffee in the morning. I am fussy about coffee and was pleasantly suprised and delighted with my espresso latte (s). A cooked breakfast and the friendly people who made it - worth staying the night for!
One of the best breakfasts I've had on a three week trip. Simple honest food, good serving sizes, friendly staff, clean & tidy tables. I would come back.
Recently I traveled with a friend to explore the area including Cameron Corner. The weather was closing in and when we returned to the store we were advised to make tracks for Bourke to beat the weather. While we were filling up our tanks Vicki took our food orders and also allowed me to use their phone as i was out of reception on my mobile. Stephen and Vicki will always be friends of mine and they are the epitome of true good down to earth country folk. Thank you.
