Excellent purchasing experience. I bought a Raspberry Pi 4 (8GB), case and power supply from Core Electronics in May 2021. It was dispatched pretty much immediately and arrived - well-packaged - safely and quickly via Australia Post.

Since the pandemic I have been ordering electronics from these guys. Excellent service, great products. Their web pages generally has good links to resources to help with interfacing. I have had heaps of fun building projects particularly with Arduino.

Access to the information on Core Electronics web site was both clear and well catalogued and their on-line purchasing process was straight forward and quick. Their product descriptions and related project information is very useful in determining what steps to take next. Congratulations on a well built website.

Made online order for components for a 3d printing setup, they took payment then placed the order on hold and wanted to have a phone call during their business hours about their security checks before they would progress. Have made over a dozen online orders in recent weeks for various components for the project and this is the only retailer that failed to provide an easy and seamless experience. Got a refund and went with competitor who delivered within 2 days with no fuss.

Edit: Phone call not suitable for everyone, several emails back and forth no alternative was offered, if the issue was Parcel Locker this wasn't made clear before or after the order, not even a note to say they aren't preferred, and no option to provide an alternative given. No other retailer has prevented using Parcel Locker or required arranging phone calls to use it. You're taking payment and then claiming you suspect they are fraudulent after the fact - no pre-authorization, no checks before you confirm orders, you do it all after you've already been paid and confirmed order. Seems convenient for you and a poor experience for the customer.

I ordered two potentiometers from Core Electronics and I am glad that I did. My Marshal amp required these parts rather urgently and they had them. I wasn't expecting the pots for at least one week, but they arrived in two days from Newcastle to Brisbane, with tracking. The staff also followed through by updating me through the whole process. If I have future need for parts, I will most certainly look here first and their parts range is enormous. It reassuring to know that businesses like Core Electronics actually care about customer service. Well done!

I've had several deliveries from Core Electrics in recent weeks. The items were all as described on their website, and promptly delivered. The prices have been quite competitive; my preference is to purchase from an Australian company. I will continue purchasing from Core Electronics.
