Went in for my usual colour, cut and treatment at the beautiful new salon in Narrabeen. The new salon has such a beautiful atmosphere, LOVE IT. The staff are incredible, attentive and professional - Mon does a fabulous job everytime and keeps me coming back to Cordony. X

I went in for a basic haircut. My hair is really long and I just wanted it cleaned up, keeping the same look but shorter. The girl was very nice, I can't fault her, which is why I've given 2 stars but the cut was bad. I showed photos of what I wanted and she seemed to know exactly what I wanted. At the end she curled my hair so I never got to see what it actually looked like. This morning I've washed it out and straightened it myself. She basically went to the back of my head and cut straight across like a 12 year old girl. It looks ridiculous. A few layers around my face but from the back and even when I put my hair in front, a blunt edge at the bottom. For over $100, this is definitely not worth it. My hairdresser was very nice and I really wanted to like it because I liked her but I won't be going back here unfortunately.
