We don’t have a printer contract with Copier World, but they have saved us from the horrible service provided by our current supplier many times, whom we unfortunately have a contract with at the moment.

While Copier World’s competitors are out of stock, closed without notice, or are slow to deliver, you can trust Copier World to have what you need and that they’ll deliver the goods on time.

Very Bad service.the son came out and misdiagnosed the problem, made me buy a drum unit and that didn't fix the problem and never came back again. Then spoke to the father, who is also the owner, to fix the printer that was still under warranty. He was very rude, arrogant and disrespectful, said this is what you get if you buy cheap $300 printer.told me to F off and hung up the phone on me.

I've always had problems with printers and service arrangements, but the guys at Copierworld are straight forward to deal with and always helpful. I havent had any issues with dodgy terms in the lease, and the service arrangement is beyond A+ (they generally come past within an hour or two and fix it perfect every time).

As an I. T professional myself the team at Copier World have always assisted me in getting all the features working for today's modern multi function devices. No matter how big or small the solution David and his team will have a suitable solution.

Mostly sells so called refurbished machines. One man show, service call outs is usually 2 to 3 days if not a week. If you want cheap you will pay a price for wanting cheap. He will make it hard for you to leave to get better service some where else! Moral of the story is you pay for what you get and in this case cheap to start but then expensive to end. Don't be lured by the cheap price with these people.
