Great communication and very responsive with follow up. Being new to the rental market I found it a pretty daunting experience particularly under the current rental crisis.

We signed a 12-month lease under the management of Cooper and Cooper Property Management, but soon found ourselves completing almost five years with. When we had to move house, we were truely sad to say goodbye. One of the key factors that made this time seem so short was the professional and respectful relationship that was developed and honoured by the team at Cooper and Cooper. No doubt that every team member deserves our appreciation and thanks, we are pleased to give much of the credit to Natalie, Kylie and Cassandra, with whom we had direct contacts. We would confidently and happily go back to them if and when needed in the future.

Absolutely appalled at the levels of unprofessionalism and insolence I have experienced whilst renting with Cooper and Cooper. In 30 years of renting, I have not had such a negative experience than these past few months. The mannerisms of Property Manager Cassandra were disgusting. I was berated and abused for handing my keys back early for practicality purposes. I was also accused of lying in regards to my attempt to contact the real estate over possibly dangerous faulty wiring, and when I pulled up my phone records to prove that I had not lied, there was not even any acknowledgement or apology on her behalf.
I am disappointed that I have had such a negative experience with Cassandra considering the positive experiences I have had with other staff members.
