Expensive and rude staff. They wouldn't even let my child fill up there water bottle. Go to the Strand instead of here.

Went here for a camp, expecting a great time only to wait pretty much an hour.in the dark.on the curbs they would not let us in. What was supposed to be a 2 hour session was cut to 1 and most of us didn't even have a go. They overbooked and said one session went on for too long. Very unprofessional and unorganised.

Went here for a school camp trip and the experience was HORRIBLE! We booked lanes for 7: 30 - 9: 30 and only got inside at 8: 45 after waiting outside in the dark (they wouldnt even let us inside), and still didn't get to bowl. They overbooked and are very unorganised. Not worth the money, do not recommend as it was a waste of time and money.

Bad customer service especially when you send your child to the counter. Very unpleasant experience. Will not be going back.

Recently had my daughter's 12th birthday party here. Staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble for them. Great experience from time of booking to the end of the party. Highly recommend!

It's a really happening place for people of all ages to have fun, food and entertainment of Claw Games & Ticket Games. Well maintained. The Potato Wedges Are Amazing!

Nice enough bowling lanes and facilities. Service seemed a bit average. Group of 25 people, playing 2 games each and keen for a few drinks, and everything seemed like an effort for the staff.

Great place to go to for some family fun, the staff are always incredibly lovely and very helpful. It's my sons favourite place.

We had a party here for a 10 year old. The girls had a great time. However the host wasn't very friendly with the girls and it felt very rushed. When we booked we were told the party would be at least 2 hours so I put this on the invitation. We had 11 children in total. When the party started the host advised it wouldn't take that long it would be finished at 4.30. Half an hour earlier than scheduled. I should have questioned this.however I sent all the parents a message. They arrived early only to have to wait to after 5 when it was finished. We also did not given the cake that was left over to take home. I called to advise my feedback. Noone qt the centre called to offer an apology. Disappointed it fell rushed. It was also embarrassing in front of the parents.

I am disappointed by the response of the owner as they did listen to the point I made. The host did not! Say to tell parents it would finished at 5. She said 4.30. The parents may not mind but it's changing a time once it has been put on an invitation. I don't mind the host wasn't outgoing but a smile goes a long way and there was definitely not one of them. That's the point I was making. The host told me to tell the parents to be there at 4.30. Very unorganised with the cake too. It should be brought out with the final things that were given to my daughter.

$55 for a family with 2 little kids for one game of bowling seems expensive then the 14 year old ask me for I'd when ordering a beer, I'm 44 with grey beard and 2 kids come on.

Great traditional ten pin bowling centre with real pins, not the awful string based pins that other centres use.

Really friendly and professional staff that made everyone feel welcome and it an enjoyable family outing.

Is was good. Staff were nice but the lights were very annoying. To bright and flickering way too fast.

Poor/ rude customer service and 2 children (age 2 & 3) charged full price. Overall very disappointed.

Had an intense round of bowling here. To be honest it was a bit embarrassing how good I was. The lad behind the counter took his time with the milkshakes but I'd say it was probably worth it

I attended a birhday party yesterday for my son's friends 4th birthday + it was fab. The staff were lovely + all flowed seemlessly. A special shout out to Josh who was the party host. He was amazing with the kids - so happy, patient + polite. Well done Josh + thank you.

I had forgotten how much fun bowling is, what a blast. Great staff looking after our covid requirements.

Disco nights are the best 11/10 highly recommend.

A great venue for fun social play or league bowling! Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff, great lanes and arcade games, and great packages to cater for all occasions!
