Coolangatta First Aid

I have attended CPR and first aid courses for 35 years, due to long term swimming commitments. The recent CPR update course at Tweed/Coolangatta office was the best I have experienced in that time. It was effective, open discussion, entertaining and key elements, practical and new learning experiences. Well done guys, great delivery.

I got my certificate on the same day, they should advertise they deliver certificates same day. Great experience, Greg had us all engaged for the full course. Highly recommended.

This was the first time I have undertaken any CPR/First Aid training and it was fantastic! Michelle was really lovely and Greg ran a great class that was informative, filled with practical advice and was fun and engaging the whole time. I feel the info and skills learnt will stay with me for years to come but will definitely be back in 12 months for my refresher, thank you!

It was super simple and fast to book, easy to do the precourse online work and the course was engaging enjoyable with lots to learn. Even after having done First Aid courses and refreshers many many times, it is always fantastic to redo these courses when new information is learnt and the setting is engaging and actually also enjoyable with great presenting.

Very engaging course, practical advice. Very focused business, the morning tea was a lovely bonus with lots of choice. I will be back next year for CPR. Greg has a great teaching style and Michelle is great on the phone and follow up.

This was a great course. It was a pity we could not do "hands on" training due to COVID, but the instructors made the best of the situation. I accidently missed my first scheduled date and Michelle kindly arrranged for me to attend at a later date at no extra cost. So kind!

First Aid delivered in a fun comfortable and engaging class. The information is delivered so it makes sense, is easily remembered and you walk out feeling confident. Michelle is great on the phone when booking the course and gives you all the info you need before you arrive. Greg, the instructor is entertaining while keeping things on track. I've never felt good about First Aid until I came here and now defibs don't scare me, I can recognise what is happening in a first aid situation, and no longer hold hesitancy about saving a life. In a word: AWESOME and it must be said Thank You Coolangatta First Aid.

Hands down the best first aid, CPR course I have ever done! To the point, up to date info and not drawn out. Will definitely use them from now on. Highly recommended

I have been here before and I've had good experiences but my last one was terrible. I didnt get my CPR certificate for nearly 2 months and I kept having to ask and they kept forgetting to do it. I understand that people make mistakes but I told them how urgently I needed it due to my nursing placement. In the end I never even got an apology.
