We had two split systems installed by Cool Cats and they were outstanding to deal with. We were the annoying customer, postponing them for months due to construction delays and they were so accomodating and happy to work with us. Highly recommend Cool Cats.

Our air-conditioning unit kept tripping. We received quotes from another provider and were so fortunate to have contacted Cool Cats. Kurt came out, ran diagnostics and sorted out the issue within 30 minutes. Kurt was a pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgeable, honest and explained the issue in layman's terms. Cool Cats saved us thousands of dollars quoted by the previous company. I highly recommend Cool Cats and will only deal with Cool Cats going forward. Kara is a delight as well. Kurt and the team were first-class from start to finish. This is the second home I have had done with the team and the service, quality and attention to detail were so good on both jobs. They went out of their way to resolve a couple of unexpected issues we had with the house, which they easily picked up and delivered.

Right from there initial visit they were highly professional and knowledgeable about what was needed in our home to make it warm in winter and cool in summer. They designed the right system off the plans of our home to ensure everything was efficient and easy to use. Their price was competitive, not the cheapest but you get what you pay for in service and a quality product. The men who did the installation went about it with little fuss and got the job done quickly. I will be using them again for any other aircon needs I have.

I contacted Coolcats ACR after noticing our old air conditioning unit was making a whistling noise and not heating the house as it had in the past. Blake promptly did some maintenance work and replaced the filter. The unit is now incredibly heat efficient and silent, the house heats up in no time and the thermostat is set at a lower temperature, therefore saving power!

We have a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area that is enclosed in wall to ceiling glass on two sides so challenging to heat and cool. There is effectively no roof cavity to work with and we wanted to avoid wall units.

Kurt and the Team recommended a commercial grade system and devised a way to install the internal units and vent into our kitchen that was being renovated.

The Team were always professional and pleasant to deal with and went overboard to ensure the installation, particularly internally, was ‘over engineered’.

We did initially have some noise issues with the compressor but Kurt and the Team worked hard to rectify this.

We now have an attractive and highly effective solution to keep our open plan area at the ideal temperature!

Had the pleasure of dealing with Kurt and his Team on a 3 outlet multi Split Daikin System. From the outset, Kurt set the benchmark high and designed a functional and effective AC system for our Duplex. The units are easy to operate and the motor is so quiet. Kurt, Quin and Sam are very professional. I cannot fault them for anything. They know our apartment inside and out. Kurt helped us getting the A/C approved by Strata which was a 12 month lead time. Once the renovation commenced he was very responsive and came out a few times to scope out the project. Quin is a perfectionist and loves a challenge. Sam is polite and respectful. Look no further!
