This place is underrated. They did an excellent job of my business shirts. Much better then the previous place I used for years.

I took my clothes and sheets to get dried here and I was told it would cost me $10 and went to pick my stuff up and was then told it is $40 for drying one basket of clothes. I then queried it and got screamed at by the owner saying she’ll keep my clothes if I don’t pay. I kept kindly saying that I was quoted something different at the time of drop off and she continued to scream at me, flipping me off and telling me to get out. I will never go back here and nor should anyone else. Such a waste of money and such disgraceful customer service. Never in my life have I ever seen such a horrible, unprofessional and disgraceful business in my life.

We took a mattress cover to be cleaned and were told it would cost $80, written on the invoice ticket. When we picked it up they charged us $90 on the basis it was a “bigger job than they thought” and they refused to charge $80 as agreed. Won’t be using them again

Absolutely pathetic service. Took my shirts for wash and iron and the white shirts were not clean.

Will never go back. A total rip off. You can drive to kingsford and pay half the price. Also you are forced to pay cash.

Absolutely disgraceful service. I took a jacket in to be dry cleaned, expecting the shop to know what they were doing as this is their job. On collection, the fur on the hood was completely burnt. The owner did not say anything to me on collection and accepted the payment of $20. I returned the jacket the next day to show the damaged and the owner repeatedly stated it was not his fault, there was nothing he could do, it was a risk everytime he dry cleaned an item. He offered a $5 refund and said he was running a business and there was nothing more he could do. I feel absolutely appalled over his lack of customer service skills and unwillingness to offer any solution. This was a $150 jacket that now needs to be binned. Terrible service, would not recommend.

Washed with a professional attitude, very friendly and took great care of old and fragile items. Very reasonably priced.
Would recommend to anyone.

Unfriendly owner who does not say hello and does not listen: I asked for shirts to be fold, they were not when I came back. Only take cash and you have to go at his unfriendly friend's place to get some cash. Really disappointed.
