Contour Clinics Five Dock

I wanted to improve my skin texture and pigmentation leading up to my daughters wedding. I saw Nadia who was wonderful and listened to any concerns (particularly that I am a mature client), I had regarding the treatment She suggested Laser, some fantastic skin care products which I am absolutely addicted to, I will never use any other brand again I also had the China Doll treatment. My skin texture and pigmentation has improved immensely, so much so after the wedding I will continue to have regular treatments, Thanks to Nadia & Olivia, so welcoming and lovely to deal with.

I have my fillers and anti wrinkle injections done with Aline for a while now. She is a great professional and explains to you all pros and cons. The clinic is so comfortable and clean. Highly recommended

Great experience- got IPL laser with Muireann. She ran me through the process and after care procedures and made the experience very comfortable. Clinic was clean and staff were all very welcoming and accomodating.

The receptionists at Contour Clinics in Five Dock are always very friendly and welcoming.l see Dr Jean-Paul for my treatments and have seen amazing results, I always leave feeling so happy - he is honestly the best! Highly recommend!

HATE TO BE A KAREN BUT TERRIBLE SERVICE! I had a 5: 30pm app and on Friday morning at 11: 15 I had two missed calls. I then called back straight away to see what was going on, I got through to a lady who asked if I could come any earlier which I said I’ll see what I can do but probably won’t be able to. She said no worries see you then. I then asked my boss to leave early which he allowed me to go an hour Earlier. I tried to call to let contour clinics know I was able to come earlier but the lines were busy so I left my name and number. I got to contour clinics five dock and spoke to a lady who said he had gone home sick. NOONE told me this prior to my appointment (I live over an hour drive away) it was a huge inconvenience and I didn’t get an apology and the lady was very blunt and rude. I then had to book in with Newtown clinic at 7 which was a further 30 minute drive and then 2 hour wait which the doctor didn’t see me until 7: 30pm then making it a 2 and a half hour wait. I then paid for my treatment (which is the same treatment I typically get) and Newtown clinic charged me $30 more than I usually pay? A similar version of events also happened to my sister about a month ago. I never complain about services but this was quite ridiculous. It was a very unfortunate experience.

Always a 5-star experience with Sharmila at Contour Clinics Five Dock. She is friendly and warm, answers every question you could possible have, makes you comfortable, and is fast in performing the treatment. She also gives me cold water and jellybeans afterwards - I'm that person that can't do needles! I won't go anywhere else - amazing nurse, fantastic results.

Highly recommend Contour Clinic at Five Dock. Procedures by Dr Jing and Dr Jean-Paul explained in dept and I felt that my areas of concern were treated and in fact exceeded my expectations. Couldn't stop looking my face and felt that I look refreshed and not overdone. Looking forward to regular visits. Front reception staff very friendly and made a last minute booking for me.

Emily and the Team at the Five Dock clinic have been great. They are empathetic, listen actively to their customers and give a personal touch in their service. Highly recommended! Keep doing the good work guys!

This is the best clinic of it's kind. Their schedule is really full so make sure you book months ahead. But hey, the wait is worth it.

Start to finish process was super easy! The ladies at the front reception were incredibly lovely and accommodating and Dr Robert Laidlaw was great to speak and deal with. For a first experience 12/10. Will be recommending to many family and friends!

Do not recommend Contour Clinic. The receptionist directed me to the wrong clinic twice. Wasted my time and money. The first time, the reception booked an appointment for me at Newtown when they actually don’t have the machine there to perform the treatment but said they will be moving to a bigger clinic and should have the machine to perform the treatment in couple months time. It wasted my time and money to Uber all the way there. They booked a different appointment for me to FiveDock after. I underwent the treatment at FiveDock twice, yet don’t see any effect. The third treatment, the receptionist called to reschedule to earlier time but I was unable to make it. So she rescheduled me to the one in Newtown for an earlier appointment. I asked if they have the machine to perform the treatment as I was there before and they didn’t have the machine in that clinic to perform the treatment which wasted my time. The receptionist specifically confirmed on the phone that they should have the machine to perform the treatment. So, I went to the Newtown Clinic because it’s closer to where I live, but in the end was told they don’t have the machine. Once again, wasted my time and money. I asked for a refund of my deposit. Honestly, I think I should be getting more compensation than just a refund for wasting my time. Do not, do not, and do not recommend Contour Clinic. I do not like the skin specialist who performed the treatment for me either. Service is bad. There are other better clinic elsewhere that is more effective and provide better service. The only reason perhaps they received good feedback is because they provide vouchers to customers who write good feedback like the email they sent me after my first treatment. I decided to wait before writing them any feedback to see how I feel about Contour Clinic. Definitely do not recommend.

I absolutely love Contour Clinics Five Dock! Been there multiple times for various treatments. The clinic and receptionist are so welcoming. Dr Robert Laidlaw and Dr Josh Wall are highly knowledgeable and professional. Love my results! I can’t wait to book my next appointment!
