Sharmila and all staff at Contour Castle Hill Clinic were not only professional at their jobs but were so helpful, friendly and my experience there is always great.

Absolutely beautiful tranquil atmosphere. All staff are amazingly friendly, helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend to anybody!

I needed a new cosmetic injector in the Castle Hill area, so I went to Contour Clinics for the first time to have lip filler from the wonderful Yasmine! I would suggest her to anyone in need of fillers as she was truly amazing. I am obsessed with my lips and I look forward to seeing her again soon!:)

First time visit to the clinic. Stunning waiting room with a relaxing and luxury feel. Emily was lovely and thorough with my consult and injections and gave recommendations.they offer coffee and tea while you wait and provide strong numbing gel to make the procedure more comfortable during the injections.

Plenty of parking available too and a few locations you can attend.in regards to my results, I have been healing well and look forward to the final results

Disappointing experience with tear trough filler procedure. Quick procedure, left with persistent blue lumps under my eyes. Despite three months passing and multiple attempts to address it with the clinic, including showing photos and seeking opinions elsewhere, the doctor and senior nurse dismissed the issue, denying any problem. Other professionals identified it as Tyndall effect, yet the clinic refused to acknowledge it, offering only to dissolve the filler without admitting fault. Their lack of acknowledgment and dismissive attitude make me uncomfortable proceeding with the offered solution. Cannot recommend based on this experience.

Extremely professional, flexible, accommodating, and luxurious whilst still being warm. Not a single bruise or noticeable mark after getting 3 areas of Botox on the face, eyebrow life and under eye filler! What a great place - couldn’t have asked for more!

First visit but have followed the CC socials for years. Plenty of parking, clinic aesthetics were first class, front desk were friendly and welcoming. Sharmila was fantastic. The appointment was quick yet thorough (and painless!). Was very impressed and happy with my first experience at contour clinic. I can’t wait to go back!

I have officially found someone I can trust with my face! I had an amazing experience with nurse Sharmila. She’s absolutely professional and knowledgeable.

Took 6months for an appointment to actually get followed through with. Lots of emails and pictures sent beforehand. Travelled from the hunter valley (2.5hrs away) to have ear lobe closure/reconstruction procedure done. Got there and within about 2mins it was clear they were not comfortable performing the procedure and ended up not doing it, suggesting I see a plastic surgeon instead. Website states they perform the procedure regularly and made out they do over emails with confidence.
Could have saved me a lot of time and hassle (and fuel!) if they’d just let me know it was outside of their scope to begin with.
Only reason for a 2nd star is that the facility does present as very upper class and the staff were friendly as much as they wasted my time.
