Highly recommend continuum, Jack and Lana are super welcoming and have a wealth of knowledge. They guided me and pushed me and I got so much more confident in my ability to train along with the right training technique. If you're looking for somewhere to train with a friendly atmosphere and personal guide hit them up!
I love training at Continuum! Jack and Lana are so knowledgeable. The way the teach, the cues they use and their unique training format is simple to follow yet very effective. I’ve seen so much progress in such a short amount of time. Physically I’m stronger but what I’ve loved discovering the most is how great weight training is for my mind, energy and sleep. I am loving it!

Lana and Jack have a way of making you feel completely safe and welcomed. I was new to weight training, and left feeling more and more confident in my abilities. Lana is really thorough in technique and Jack has a way of making every session fuelled with absolute joy, making it the perfect way to start the day. Great things are ahead for you both. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to give weight training a go, whether you are at a beginner level, intermediate or advanced.
