Conti Strata

We have been extremely happy with the quality of communication and service from Conti Strata since they took over our complex 7 months ago. Carla Conti in particular has demonstrated herself to be an intelligent strata manager, responsive to our issues, and giving us valuable service. In fact we have had only positive interactions with every Conti Strata employee we have encountered. We are happy with their management and feel we are getting good value for money. We recommend Conti Strata highly. Our experience has been positive only. (from the secretary of the strata committee).

The team at Conti Strata are by far the most outstanding strata managers I've ever dealt with. Their level of responsiveness, common sense approach, and overall level of service has been consistently exceptional since day one - beyond exceptional in fact. There's no ego, and no red tape and no 'computer says no'. It makes the process of dealing with what are often difficult or daunting tasks, so much less so.

The majority of my dealings with Conti have been personally as an owner in a strata complex, however I'm also a licensed conveyancer who used to work in real estate, so I've dealt with my fair share of strata managers over the years. Even in my professional dealings, I've found Conti to be on a whole other level - there are only a handful who come remotely close, and my colleagues share the sentiment. A strata manager who answers their phone is quite honestly like a unicorn, and you always answer the phone. It's incredibly refreshing, and that alone sets you miles apart from your peers.

Joe and his team are up to date with strata legislation and are very active in the management of strata schemes. Our property has been managed by Conti strata for the past 8 years and we have always found them to be extremely professional, trustworthy and helpful. They’re there for us when we need them but also happy to step back when no help is required which has been great financially

Conti Strata recently took over the strata management of a property a client was purchasing. The Strata Manager, Matthew Thompson, was very professional to deal with and was very helpful and efficient and went over and beyond the call of duty to trace money that were paid by an owner despite being on leave to enable us to settle on time. I would have no hesitation in recommending Matthew Thompson and his Team at Conti Strata to manage your property. Thank you again Matthew for your outstanding service.

I do not recommend Conti Strata. I have had a roof leak that has caused water damage to my bedroom ceiling and a water drainage issue with my awning for 1 year 2 months which Conti does not recommend to body corporate to repair in a timely manner. They are not considered urgent repairs. A member from SES and an independent roof contractor advised me that the roof leak should be repaired under strata. A roofer that cleaned the gutters once a year would not quote to address issues with the awning as the roof was deemed in such poor condition. At different times since I have lived there, the laundry was flooding with sewerage and fences were all falling down. Common property is in really bad shape. In a recent email with the attached photographs, Conti's did not recommend general maintenance be performed to the body corporate but noted if I disagreed with body corporate's decision to bring it up at the next AGM. This is a year away. My experience has been poor customer service and apathy. I feel strata should not only recommend to address urgent repairs to body corporate. General maintenance is required to ensure urgent repairs which are more expensive are less frequent. Its been a really challenging experience.

In response to Conti's comments below, in my view the contractor could not detect a dripping leak when cleaning the gutters as it was not raining. The gutter cleaning was delayed until there was no rain due to the potential safety hazard. His scope of work did not include investigating the roof leak above my bedroom ceiling only gutter cleaning. In addition, I have emailed photos of a water stain along my bedroom ceiling and a video of water over flowing onto my balcony.

Conti Strata is certainly the best strata company I have dealt with. Nathan Castrogiovanni handles the meetings with ease, and answers every question asked. I always know I will get a immediate return phone call from Nathan, and he is very informative. Other companies have issues with their responsiveness, but we don’t have to worry about that anymore with Conti Strata as our managers!

The staff at Conti have always been bright and super helpful. I’ve never had any issues with them, and they always respond to emails/calls promptly, and are really helpful.

Out Body Corporate just changed over to ContiStrata seeking a smaller, local Agent who may be more supportive to our needs (block of 12). Sharni Roberts is our manager and has immediately commenced action on matters that have been approved but not yet actioned from a year ago. It's early days but it so refreshing not to be continually explaining and chasing things up. Things just happen. Conti were also extremely helpful in the changeover process. Thanks to joe and Matthew and now Sharni.

Matt T is a great operator and Conti Strata are a very above board business, trustworthy and run strata schemes with the right balance. Would recommend.
