Unique range of furniture and specialist furnishings. A refreshing change from the usual franchises and big brands. Staff were very helpful yet also non intrusive. I bought a unique coffee table which really is a piece of art in itself. Strongly recommend anyone that is furnishing their house to come and have a look.

Brad and the team are amazing. They stored our purchases for a few months while getting ready to move in our home. We have always loved working with Brad. He has a great eye for colours, style and so much more.

The whole process, from in-store help, to the opportunity to have them custom-made to my dimensions and colour was seamless and professional. The products we have purchased from Contents are quality. The service we received at their Castle Hill showroom was excellent. The delivery process was equally excellent. At all times the staff (either in person or on the phone or the delivery men) were polite and went out of their way to offer assistance.

Recently purchase an TV entertainment Unit from the contents International Design, even tho that’s a bit of the waiting time as they made to order but the quality of the unit is good and the delivery services is excellent too, I am very happy with my purchase

I had my Hakan sofa from Contents ID delivered just over 4 weeks ago and couldn’t be happier with the sofa, or the whole process from ordering to delivery.

At the store Brad gave me a sincere and relaxed hello. He asked if he could help with anything, and also explained that the sofas are made locally in Sydney, and they could customise most features. After I’d thought of all the possibilities, I settled on the Hakan, though with the back cushions more firm like another sofa they had.

I was shown their large range of fabric swatches and assured I could take as long as I needed to find the right one.

As I’ve a dog that would also be on the sofa, I asked Brad if a fabric I liked would be suitable. He confirmed that it would and mentioned I could have fabric protection applied at the factory for only $150 more if I’d like.

Everything sorted, I was given a ETA of 6-8 weeks.

A few weeks later Charlotte emailed that the sofa was running on time and then phoned to organise a delivery day and time that suited me. The sofa was delivered in exactly 7 weeks.

On delivery day the delivery company kept me updated on timing via sms. They set the sofa where I wanted it and took all the packaging with them. I’d also pre arranged for them to remove my old sofa.

The construction, finish and comfort of my new sofa is great.

I’m also happy that my purchase supports a company, its staff and manufacturers here in NSW.

Highly recommend this store. We bought a houseful of new furniture for our new house from a variety of well known quality merchants. The guys at Contents were by far the best to deal with. Offering thoughtful style advice, understanding very quickly what I was looking for. Our custom made furniture arrived on-time and beautifully made, exceeding our expectations.

They advised us on what to purchase rather than selling us what we thought we wanted and we are ecstatic with the look we have achieved.

The dining table, chairs and buffet look fabulous and our friends think so too. We will be back.
