25 We had a really bad experience. I’m writing this so that something can be fixed as I’m sure they want to lift their game. A council asked us to confirm 6 standard docs such as insurances and Registrations. We gave them everything we give our clients on a regular basis and what followed was a crazy. Trail of over 25 emails because each document was dealt with one at a time instead of all together. They wanted cards for registrations that don’t usually have cards and they seemed unbelievably disorganised. The biggest issue is when we complained they threatened us to tell the client that they should not work with us.
We are a very organised and experienced company so he whole thing was appalling.
Eventually when we were finally moved to a manger everything was resolved immediately. Maybe the issue is that certain staff are badly trained. I hope they lift their game in the future.
Incompetent. These people were supposed to be experts at due diligence - and I have never endured such a display of neglect and deliberate time wasting. Their own internal systems don't work. We were asked to register with Conserve, and within 24 hrs we had lodged everything. Six weeks after - we are still getting random questions on documents they've had since day one - and obviously never checked. Instead of getting a list of questions in response to our lodgement, we've had to endure six weeks of poorly organised compliance-dribble. Not a highly articulate list of actions - instead badly formed questions - sent one by one over many weeks. We literally get an email every second or third day with some new point they hadn't checked weeks ago. And they're in charge of compliance? When we get their emails, our whole office laughs/groans at how poor organised they are. It's been a massive drain on our small business. I rang them to complain, and was put on hold for over 30 minutes, and then told the supervisor is "unavailable". I love the idea, but these people are HOPELESS.
The company I work for has used Conserve for many years. Their system is very user friendly. It provides notifications via email when a document (insurance, licence, company document) has expired to ensure we are always compliant. Their customer service team is very professional and quick to respond to any enquiries. I highly recommend them.
The portal is a little complicated however staff are very helpful summarising what documents are needed and in overall registration can be done very efficiently. Thanks, Lynn.

Lynn was extremely helpful in the assistance of setting up Conserve in an urgent manner.
We needed to have Conserve active and certified for a project beginning on Thursday and with Lynn's assistance, by emailing the exact documents I was required to submit and by being extremely communicative, responsive and clear we submitted the final documents on Tuesday just before 5pm and were certified by 7pm.
With individuals such as Lynn who demonstrate resilience and place others interests in mind are what make this world a better place. I am very pleased with the outcome, but regardless of the fast approval or not Lynn helped us control what we could and we are thankful enough for that. Hold on to Lynn as she gives a good name to your business.

I have been dealing with Juliette Papadoupolos from Conserve. She has been exceptional in her assistance towards me and has helped me through every step of the inducion process. I give her 5 stars also for her pleasant considerate manner.
While it was initially confusing, the very helpful staff were quick to answer email queries in a clear manner which made to process less daunting.
Jigna and her team are fantastic, i cannot speak highly enough of them. They are always happy to help, friendly and super easy to deal with. They always help out when i need to do anything on the portal for my job and explain anything if i have any questions.
