Sydney to Perth. Awesome service we couldn’t be happier. Our goods arrived in only 8 days WOW. Others were quoting 15 to 35 days. Friendly professional teams at both ends were willing to help out in any way they could. Nothing damaged as goods were well wrapped and packed. Reasonable pricing for the service provided. Great communication throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Conroy Removals and would definitely use them again if needed.

Do not use this company, damaged a newly polished floor and placed a chair over it to hide the damage, and also broke a suitcase and put the handle in a hamper which had a lid. Even better was the response from Tom Vesperman which was basically tough luck and yes your suitcase broke we put the handle in a clothes basket and just didn't advise you, but it was hidden from you! As for the floor it was deny, deny, deny. Do not use this company. If I could give no stars I would.

I would give Conroy Removals and the cew 10 stars if I could! We have moved 4 times in 2 years and have had some ok experiences, a bad experience (3 trucks?) But Conroy were absolutely amazing! They were so friendly, professional and like a well oiled machine, playing Tetris and managing to fit as much in as possible. Thanks guys, you made this hard move so much easier!

Absolutely fantastic customer service! The movers packed everything really fast and with care, they were professional and made everything stress free. I accidentally packed my passport and they were incredibly helpful and helped me locate it.

We have moved 3 times across oceans and continents - Conroy is by far the worst experience. DO NOT BUY. They misquoted the job, more than doubled the moving time (no kidding: 6 instead of 2 months it took them), and looked for ways to charge more ("oh the access is more difficult than expected' etc). Which they use as blackmail before they will actually deliver furniture etc You are warned

We had a damaged BBQ (insured) their mover checked that and confirmed damage before leaving the house and asked us to email the office. Then we have been asked to provide provide photo, and get proffestional repair qoute. The report clearly mentioned the crack and other bent part and none repairable item. The first responsed we received from head office saying we noted the part for this BBQ are available at the Amazon! I do not think that mentioned anywhere that we need to do the reapir ourself and never seen such process for damage item! Plus ignoring the fact that we had a crack in ceramic part as well and not given us the instruction on how to fix that as well. I have emailed them back and expecting to get maybe a youtube link for how to repair ceramic and Amazon link to buy item and do the repair. So do not waste your money for insurance with them if they offer but try to buy additional packaging from them to secure your items. Not to mentioned our items has been packed by their mover. The judgment is yours and we hope this help other to avoid same issue.

I used Conroy Removals as part of an international move from the US. Service was efficient and friendly. I love that they provide complete transparency throughout the process, letting me know when my shipment arrived in Australia, and the steps through customs and quarantine. I was a little worried about the fact that customs would be dis-assembling my pallets for inspection, but every single piece arrived in perfect condition.

I am so impressed with how efficient the team were in unloading everything. They were very friendly and professional also. I am very pleased with how the entire process went, beginning with the team that packed my belongings in North Carolina. I would certainly use Conroy Removals again and I highly recommend them!

This is the first time I have used Conroy Removals and will do so again. It was very economical and a totally satisfying experience - arrived on time, took care of the items being moved, installed everything according to request and the teams moving everything were both pleasant and professional. I will recommend them to anyone wanting a good and professional house moving service with no fuss and no big fees.

With a last minute relocation we had 3 days to get a 5 bedroom house packed up and shipped to the UK. We had no wiggle room as we were settling on our house and Conroy were fantastic. Everybody we dealt with in the Sydney team made an extremely stressful situation worry free- not an easy thing to do and would highly recommend them.

WARNING: If you value your possessions do not use this company. My family moved back from the US and the company moving us used Conroy as the Australian agent. Our container arrived in December and we arrived mid January. When we contacted our service representative Jenna and asked what the status was, she advised it was with customs. I called back on a few occasions and found her to be rude and dismissive. Each time she blamed a customs back log. I then received a call from our US agent to say they had lost the container, which we finally got back after almost 8 months. Basically they had left it on the dock for so long it was picked up and dropped on another ship. I would not recommend Conroy in any circumstance.

I relocated from Singapore to Sydney and conroy as the agent to pass my goods through Sydney customs and deliver to my property. They did a great job. Fast, efficient and the removalists themselves were good guys and very helpful. I would definitely recommend them

Conroy Removals delivered and unpacked our international sea shipment.
Their team was great, keeping us apprised of each phase of delivery from arriving into port, customs clearance and quarantine clearance. They were helpful in answering questions and cross checking documentation was completed.
Once cleared their admin team called and was able to schedule delivery within one business day.
We most appreciated the delivery team that came with our goods- they showed care with all of our boxes and books, took care around hallways and doors while bringing items in. They were both professional and efficient in getting everything unpacked and all cardboard and packing removed. We had over two dozen boxes of books and their team took the time and effort to stack them all neatly.
