My experience with the ladies at Confidently Skin has been nothing but beyond incredible.

I visited Rosanna with acne concerns and from the initial consultation she has always been so informative, kind and helpful. Rosanna is extremely professional and knowledgable. She truly cares about you and goes the extra step to achieving the best result for your skin.

I have also been fortunate enough to get treatments by Milica. Milica is amazing at what she does, she has many years of experience, and is always so lovely and comforting. She always checks in to see how my skin is going after every visit.

Each visit is always a positive experience for me. They provide a warm, and inviting environment. The facility is clean, they even have a warm bed while you get your treatments done. The ladies here will look after you and truly care about you as an individual. I have recommended Confidently Skin to all of my friends and family. Thank you Rosanna, Milica and Belinda!

I have nothing but excellent things to say about Confidently Skin. I have been going to them for my skin treatments for over 18 months now and the transformation of my skin has been unbelievable (mind you I was told earlier by a dermatologist that my acne scars were life long and nothing could be done about them) but lovely Rosanna decided to take up the challenge and I've loved the results so far. I get compliments from my friends who have seen the before and after. I cannot thank Rosanna and her team enough for all the support they have extended in working with my skin. They are very honest and you can easily figure out in your conversations with them, that they are not after your money. Each of their treatments is totally worth the price as they literally put their heart and soul in making it work for you and even customising it where needed. They also carefully work on your skin regimen based on your skin type, issues and overall lifestyle. This is the very reason, why I have been very consistent in using the skin care routine they recommended me. It won't be wrong to say that now I blindly trust Rosanna with my skin.

I took my mum for her first ever facial and was highly impressed. When you enter the room to get your treatment you hop into a nice warm bed and get to go under blankets. The bed is mechanical so your legs or back can be positioned for ultimate comfort. The products smell divine and I could feel the difference in my skin upon completion. So good I had to buy the exfoliator. Ladies here are genuine, offering information on all products if you’re interested, not one up sell. They are there to give you the me time you deserve. Looking forward to returning!

This place is about 10-12 minutes walk away from west ryde train station.staff are all trained to be at par to the work culture as well as to promote quality assurance of service offered which is an excellent practice.

Highly recommend this place! Greeted very warmly upon entrance every time. The quality of service is superb, very happy with the waxing. As a guy can be very daunting attending a beauty clinic so was hesitant at first but Rossana is fantastic puts you at ease, is extremely knowledgeable in educating on how to look after your skin and very skilled.

I have been going to confidently skin for a couple of years now and my experience has always been beyond amazing! I go for regular lash extensions, brow wax and facials and have left there feeling extremely satisfied! I’ve seen all the girls there and each one of them have their own skill set, personality and knowledge, I love visiting the girls and the clinic!

Had a facial with ANUSH, was sooooo amazing cant thank enough, had break outs near chin area, and didn’t know how to clear up, she put me in right skin treatments and i got great skin routines thanks to her. Especially being busy mum its hard to look after my skin, but will definitely come to her again.
Clean, professional and on time, didn’t feel rushed.

Was so appreciative of Rosanna finding me an appointment today. I had an amazing experience with Anush. I am always nervous when I get my brows waxed and tinted as I like a natural look - Anush carefully listened to what I wanted and did an amazing job! She was extremely lovely, didn’t rush and was thoughtful throughout. Super happy with how they turned out. Thank you!

Anush has been taking me through a course of facials and my skin has never been better! She takes her time, I never feel rushed and her attention to detail is incredible. I always leave feeling refreshed and calm.

I had a great first experience at Confidently Skin today. They were really flexible and squeezed in a last minute appointment for me. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. Staff were very welcoming - from Julie the lovely receptionist to Anush who is an expert at shaping eyebrows! She listened to how I wanted my them and made sure I was happy. Thanks ladies! Absolutely wonderful beauticians and skin therapists who are extremely talented. I hadn’t had my brows done in a while because of lockdown and I was feeling embarrassed about my skin. The lovely staff made me feel so confident throughout the session and my brows have never looked better.

Amazing massage and relaxing facial, my face felt a million bucks after. Got a lash lift as well and it turned out amazing. Did not like the pedicure though. It was the first time I've ever done a pedi lying down, wasn't the most comfortable experience. Then I wanted a trim but to keep the same shape (square) but I ended up with extremely short nails (which I hate on my toes) and there wasn't enough left to shape. Finally, the polish was absolutely abysmal, looked like a kid had applied it. I wish I had taken a photo to attach here, but I actually took the polish off that night and re-applied another colour myself. By all means go for their skin, body and lash treatments, but stay away from their mani pedi.

Just came home from having my eyebrows and lip waxed with Anush. Honestly I could've hugged her if not for covid-19. She really looked after me and did not rush. Her skill and level of detail is amazing. She helped me understand what she was going to do to my eyebrows in terms of shape and the reasoning behind it. My eyebrows have never looked so good. Have already booked my next appointment. I cannot recommend her high enough. Absolutely fabulous!

So grateful for the girls at confidently skin! Had a microdermabrasion course and my skin is finally back to where it was before my breakouts started. Caring staff, always on time and always a sanitised room. Would definitely come back.
